Title: Re: Koeman gets p45 Post by: kp24 on October 23, 2017, 02:53:30 PM Honestly think if kenwright was still in charge he'd be given time, they bought too many similar players in the summer and the side has hardly any pace which is why I'm surprised lookman hardly had a chance this season.

Would have happily let him take over from AW. Title: Re: Koeman gets p45 Post by: Ironside on October 23, 2017, 05:28:33 PM World has gone mad. would of loved to have kept him till AW was readyWould have happily let him take over from AW. then atleast the move would of been upward not sideways but in a way glad he failed at Everton and got taught a lesson in "loyalty" after he famously promise to honour his contract before walking away Title: Re: Koeman gets p45 Post by: Doobs on October 23, 2017, 06:21:05 PM World has gone mad. would of loved to have kept him till AW was readyWould have happily let him take over from AW. then atleast the move would of been upward not sideways but in a way glad he failed at Everton and got taught a lesson in "loyalty" after he famously promise to honour his contract before walking away Yeah because football clubs are fantastically loyal to.their managers. Ranieri lasted 9 months after winning the title. Even the GOAT Sir Alan Pardew Esq gets sacked every so often ffs. What odds Koeman would have been sacked by now if he had stayed at Southampton? What odds Koeman would have been sacked by now if he had stayed at Southampton? he had said in public he wouldn't walk from Southampton till the contract was complete 4 months later he walked, Was loved by saints fans, but now hated due to way he forced his way out for what we see as a sideways move. Koeman could of done 12 months more and walked into a much bigger Job than Everton and the fans would of held him in high regards Title: Re: Koeman gets p45 Post by: SuuPRlim on October 24, 2017, 07:32:00 AM Do a shit job when you're on £4m a yr and you get sacked.

Title: Re: Koeman gets p45 Post by: 4KSuited on October 26, 2017, 11:07:21 AM Against a theoretically weakened Chelsea (theoretical, since their strength in depth is depressing for the likes of clubs like Everton) there was the predicted reaction (but ultimately failure) from a seriously underperforming team.
Unless Unsworth can win the next 2 games, it's likely we'll hire some former EPL failure and have a season fighting a relegation battle. I really hope they persevere with Unsworth regardless of results, but then I'm old school... |
