Magnificent. Says it all about the national team too.

Rank them in order for:

1) Who you'd hire in a relegation scrap where your squad should be too good to go down.

2) Who you'd hire in a relegation scrap where you've got a weak squad and need to eke out enough results to finish 17th

3) Who you'd give a £100m war chest to as a mid table team with aspirations of sneaking into Europe.

4) Who you'd hire for a title winning team, if the stipulation from your owners were a British manager and these were the 4 available.

I really hope we never complete the full house at Palace!

It's a niche market for managers in that lower/mid table EPL market.  I would imagine these guys have more than justified the salaries they have received over the years just on the EPL tv cash and the teams staying up.  I understand the argument about younger managers giving it a better go and more upside etc but the long term doesn't exist in the minds of risk averse EPL owners who want to protect their golden cash cow. The ultimate tiny sample size of one unlucky season of relegation could easily turn your investment into Leeds/Sheff Weds/Forest/Derby etc etc and no way back to the promised land for decades.

Great Questions but cant be bothered to order for all 4.

But defo:

1) Big Sam
2) Big Sam
3) Pards
4) Roy

Never Moyes
