I think Detective313 sums it up beautifully in comments.

His decision to fold is purely because of ICM implications (not on himself but on McKeehan). It would be a suicidal disaster for McKeehan to bust next as there are 2 very short stacks (12bb and 17bb) and a guy with 34bb, and McKeehan has 50bb when he shoves the river. Therefore McKeehan is never bluffing here. Steinmann is the only person who can bust him and Steinmann himself is going to have QT or KK ALOT given his line so McKeehan is never shoving a weaker hand for value (he will just call) and never bluffing.

Gotta love Bruce's take on it though..

U can’t beat this game there is too many donkeys

it's a stupid hand, totally stupid.

Joe, who is apparently completely concerned about ICM implications, is floating with QTo (no heart) on A75hh which is just utterly stupid.

He gets to the river, only loses to a very slow-played AA (possible) and QThh (given he thinks that ICM is such a consideration we don't expect to see a random QT here, I mean WTF is he doing on the flop)

Whole thing is stupid, can believe he can fold, and the KK guy OBVIOUSLY cannot have QT, unless QT hh.

Poker is so dumb these days.
