Title: 425 goes Red-Dog Post by: tikay on February 08, 2006, 02:21:45 AM We went into record territory this week, time-wise - an hiou & 5 minutes, so The Dummy is busy trying to edit some stuff out. I mean, they extended the show to an hour, & we are already exceeding that! We start with a news round-up thingy, and Jonny Gould in the chair. Then a great VT from Cardiff - pre-Final interviews with Thewy, Red-Dog, Joe Grech, and 1 or 2 others, then "Exit" interviews with all of the Finalists, so Red does TWO Interviews in one show, the second of which ran for over 2 minutes. Blather, blather blather. A right little tikay....... But it was nice that he took the time (lots of it...) to thank everyone. And we cover the Final in greater depth than usual, picking up little anecdotal stuff on the back of commenting on each player. Part Two has a fascinating "in-depth" with ActionJack, which we recorded in Brighton 10 days ago. Well worth a watch. And, here's a thing, Jonny Gould - blondeite "stillhair" - quotes a couple of Posts he saw on blonde which particularly amused him, & to be fair, most of us. Wonder who wrote THEM.....? The very end of the show is something of a disgrace, & I strongly advise you to turn off before the end. Solicitors have been consulted, my character has been blemished. Channel 425, every night at 11pm, starting Wednesday. It is strange, I thought the same as I,Zimbra. I had you down as sounding like Willie Thorne. I imagined Tikay as sounding like Kilroy. I was wrong both times. In my mind I have voices for everyone on blonde.
