APAT will visit the Les Croupiers Casino, Cardiff over the weekend of Friday 8th May 2020 to host the Welsh National Amateur Poker Championship.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Friday

May 8th, 18:00 Welsh National Amateur Poker Championship (PLO Double Chance)* (Freezeout) (20k + 20k stack, 30/20 min clock) £75 + £15 and £5,000 GTD (late reg 8 levels 30 mins - clock reduce to 20 mins at end of late reg) (players start with 20k and receive another 20k when bust, or at the end of late reg latest - NB you cannot have your 2nd 20k stack until you have bust your 1st 20k stack, or you will receive it at the end of late reg if not already claimed).  Play to conclusion.  Deals not facilitated.  The top 3 players will receive the coveted APAT National Championship Gold, Silver and Bronze medals (estimated completion 03:00)

Saturday

May 9th, 16:00 Welsh National Amateur Poker Championship (NLHE)* Day 1 (Freezeout) (40k stack, 40 min clock) £75 + £15 and £7,500 GTD (late reg 6 levels/4 hours play).  Play 12 levels.  Deals not facilitated.  The top 3 players will receive the coveted APAT National Championship Gold, Silver and Bronze medals (end circa 01:00)

Sunday

May 10th, 15:00 Welsh National Amateur Poker Championship (NLHE) Day 2 (clock reduced to 20 min when Heads Up) (estimated completion 23:00)

May 10th, 18:00 NLHE Bounty £25+£25+£10 and £5,000 GTD (Re-entry)

Venue

The venue is open 2pm - 6am daily, and is members only - passport or driving licence is required to register as a member at reception.
