We have been selecting a country at random each week or two and cooking dishes from that country. So far we did Turkmenistan (hearty but kind of boring) and North Macedonia (bit more interesting, but not quite as exciting as Turkish which I know very well already). Next we draw Bhutan and we finally get to use some spice - so we will be making 'momos' this week.
