It comes round quick, doesn't it!

I've put together a package of events, similar to previous years, ending with the $10,000 Main Event. The total value of the package is $75,000. I'm happy to sell up to 60%. No problems with motivation, etc as a result, it's a very big package!

I'm selling at 1.05, just to cover flights and hotel.

Schedule plan

Exact planning for WSOP events becomes basically impossible, given the density of the schedule, and all the possible re-entries. It is therefore inevitable that a number of events, and a number of bullets, are missed. Therefore, the total value of the package represents the total maximum amount that we can buy in for, and is logically less than the total price of all potential bullets.

For the last 3 $10k mixed game events, I will only enter if different criteria have been met, on what we have cashed for before that point. Please note that, these are therefore effectively using some of the previous cashes if we do enter them

The total potential buy-in of events totals $85,500. With inevitable missed bullets and entries, I shall cap the total buy-in to $75,000, thus creating a

Potential extra championship events

There are 3 $10k championship events, which will be added if we have cashed for the required amount before them. The criteria are:

- One $10k event will be added if we have cashed for $30,000 or more before that event
- A second $10k event will be added if we have cashed for $60,000 or more before that event
- A third $10k event will be added if we have cashed for $90,000 or more before that event

(Please note that this therefore means that a $30k cash only guarantees a $20k package value payout, $60k cash a $40k package value payout, $90k cash a $60k package value payout)

Prices

With a package value of $75,000, selling at 1.05, the prices are:

0.5%- $393.75
1%- $787.50
2%- $1575
5%- $3937.50
10%- $7875

And so on. These are example prices. Any percentage you want is fine.

Payment must be received, by bank or Crypto, by June 1st. We will use the GBP:USD exchange rate at the time of payment. For money back, we shall use whatever USD:GBP exchange rate I am able to convert the money back at. I will endeavour to do so at spot rate, but please note that having to convert by bank may cause a small % loss, and any change in exchange rate could cause a small fluctuation, in either direction.

Please note

- The above, on conversion rates.

- If we fall short of the total buy in, unused entries will, of course, be refunded at 1.05 rate.

- This is effectively a first draft. The schedule is subject to slight changes- either small additions, or small deductions- if demand is more, or less, than expected.

- I will happily buy late into any event, till the latest possible entry. This, however, will be tailored back, as appropriate, for the $10k events.

Ammendment

So... Demand has been much higher than expected, so I am going to follow through with the clause in the original thread, and increase the size of the package. It will also start earlier- on Wednesday 28th May. It will be a 24 day trip, 28th May to 19th June, and then back for the Main Event, on 4th July.

The shape of the increased package will look very much the same, although I am going to use it as a way, not only to be there from the start, but now to now be able to enter some of the smaller holdem and PLO events. So, if anything, it shifts the density away from the $10ks, to smaller buy-ins with re-entries.

Overall details

The initial package size was $75,000. It is now $112,500. This is an increase of 50%. Therefore, anyone with a percentage who would like to keep the same USD amount, would shift their percentage down by 33%. I will send a personalised message to all investors, but, for example, someone with 3% can choose to:

1) Keep the 3% and pay 50% more
2) Keep the same USD amount, and thus now have 2%
3) In fact, still do anything in between, to their choosing

Its been the tough decision on the schedule since the start- a beautiful event, but day 2'ing it (Sunday 1st June) would mean missing the $10k Omaha hilo, but also the $1,500 Dealer's Choice (as day 3 of that is day 2 of the Mystery Millions)

It's all whether I pat against the BB. Break it down:

Patting gains me a small equity shift. I would be 42% in the 1 vs 1. I become 50% vs his draw to 24 cards. So, a 8% equity shift.

Either a 33% equity loss, or 8% equity gain. I need to be 80% sure that he's drawing to make it right that I pat

However

1) As he moves in, he says "this is going to be fun." He was a nice, relaxed guy, trying to gamble to win the seat. It really made it sound that he thought it was a 1 vs 1- i.e. that he was drawing. I maybe wish that I had really picked up on this in the moment, but maybe then it wouldn't have broken the 80% certainty threshold required.

2) Is there a chance that he breaks better if I pat? It would have to be a Jack. J8xxx or J7xxx. If he did, it would turn a 43% spot for me (drawing to 20 outs vs his J8xxx) into a 50% spot (him drawing to 24 outs)

Maybe don't hate the way I played it

- if I do anything different flop and turn, it would be lead flop. Calls 100% of range. If I lead flop,  the only plan can be to then lead 3 streets (I become more polarized)

River decision.

Arguments for attempting the xr for the third time

- he really should have taken alot of PPs away with his flop check
- I unblock kIng, I unblock AK combos, he almost always loses 2 bets if he has a King
- non zero chance that he does bluff AQ high types

- He basically 100% pays off with all SDV (but he has taken away almost all of his 8x, 9x and pocket pairs)
