Title: Parking charge notice Post by: shipitgood on December 20, 2025, 02:29:09 PM Hello,
I have recieved a parking notice 😔 What is the legal status if you recieved a parking charge notice from a hotel after staying with them? If you completely ignore it I guess that chances of being taken to court are quite minimal but would you have a leg to stand on if it went this far? Why did you get a charge if you were staying with them, did you forget to validate? Title: Re: Parking charge notice Post by: shipitgood on December 20, 2025, 02:47:54 PM Seemingly you had to pay for parking , even guests staying there

Got them cancelled easily enough with a phone call, as the staff should have told me to enter my reg before being seated. I'd call the hotel to try speaking with someone and plead ignorance. Hopefully they'll let you pay for the parking retrospectively if you butter them up a bit on the phone. |
