Title: Email Post by: Sark79 on February 16, 2006, 08:14:50 PM Does anyone know of any free email providers other than hotmail.
I am currently with hotmail, but I keep getting delayed mails sent back to me. It is really annoying when I log onto hotmail only to find three or four delayed messages. I have contacted hotmail about this matter five times. To be fair each time they sort it. But I was wondering if there were possible alternatives. Ideally I would like to have a back-up email provider incase I need it. Thanks Title: Re: Email Post by: M3boy on February 16, 2006, 08:18:58 PM Your ISP should give you free email accounts.
Title: Re: Email Post by: Sark79 on February 16, 2006, 08:21:38 PM I dont know how to set up the Outlook express thing. I am a computer moron. Hotmail seemed easier when I did it after buying my laptop.
Title: Re: Email Post by: Ironside on February 16, 2006, 08:39:24 PM try www.mail.com
or yahoo.com i used mail.com for years for annonomous email addresses and must have about 50 with them but your isp email would proberly be the best you can get and getting someone to talk you thru setting it up is easy just ask Title: Re: Email Post by: Nem on February 16, 2006, 08:41:48 PM Sark, check your PM

Gives you plenty of storage and POP3 access, all you need really.
Title: Re: Email Post by: Trace on February 17, 2006, 07:55:33 AM I have a gmail account that I use for sign up newsletters etc.
I've recently, due to Blonde, opened up more poker accounts and it's my gmail addy I give each time. Less carp in my other inbox then. If anyone does want a gmail account I too have plenty of invites. T xx Title: Re: Email Post by: Rupert on February 17, 2006, 09:18:02 AM Any webbased email provider has access to all your emails. The function of searching your own email is to do just that, search your mail. Whether it is online (like in GMail) or offline (like in Outlook) its just a function to search your email with, theres no funny business going on. Each to their own I guess, I have nothing to hide even if they are that interested in my poker newsletters

I did see it when I typed it, but left it. lol
