Title: Cheap Boxsets
Post by: Sark79 on February 18, 2006, 07:39:26 PM
A few days ago the topic of 24 the series came up by some people on Blonde. I couldn't find the thread, so had to start this one.

If anyone is interested Tesco are selling 24 Boxsets covering all four seasons. Normally they range anywhere between £30 - 50. But Tesco are selling all seasons for £20 - £25.

Unfortunately, I only discovered this yesterday after buying Season 4 in Woolworths for £25 ( I could have saved £5 in Tesco).

I actually got season 4 for Christmas and had started watching it up untill half way. However my boxset disapeared one day before I could watch all the episodes. This remains a mystery where it went to. I was not robbed unless it was by a fanatical 24 fan who just couldn't resist it. I think my dog may be responsible. I got him from an animal rescue centre in Cardonald and he is a kleptomaniac. Whenever he walks out of a room, he always takes something with him. It doesn't matter what it is, wallets, books, shoes, TV romotes, socks, a plant pot with plant, cups, and much more. I am sure he isn't aware he is doing it. My friend said it is a typical trait of a Glaswegian's character  ;) . I am saying nothing about that one
