Have you tried the Quorn mince in a spaghetti Bolonaise?.. That is one of my favorite quorn dishes. I also love the quorn fillets and chunks in curries. The quorn roast, I have been told tastes just like chicken. I can't remember what chicken tastes like so I wouldn't know. However, a few years ago my mate ate a full dinner I cooked and actually thought it was chicken, so it must be pretty close to the real thing. What do you think of soya milk?.
