The next Blonde Bash will be held on the weekend of 18th/19th of March at Cincinnati's in Glasgow The provisional programme of events is as follows: Friday 17th * Normal £20 Cincinnati comp, open to public Saturday 18th * Club open from 1pm for meeting/greeting/drinking/Sit N Goes * 7pm £30 Double Chance Freezeout. Maximum runners 100 * Through the night: SNG/Cash/Heads Up Comp Sunday 19th * 1pm Sunday lunch and Quiz at the club * 4pm £20 competition at Hamilton Academicals FC with Celebrity Poker players from the footballing world. Shuttle transport provided from Cincinnatis. * Regular £20 competition open to public in the evening for those still standing. You will note the the maximum tournament capacity at Cincins is 100. However, not being bound by gaming commission rules we will operate a system of alternates. For those unfamiliar with this, it works as follows: The first 100 names on the Acceptances thread shortly to be started on the Live Poker board will get a seat in the double chance comp. The rest go on the reserve list. As players get knocked out of the comp for the first two hours only they are replaced by players from the reserve list in order. Last time Tikay lasted three hands in a double chance comp. Whilst he might beat that this time, don't bank on it so if you are high on the rerserve list you have every chance of getting in. Title: Re: HELP! where can i find blonde bash itinery? Post by: Heid on February 22, 2006, 12:47:40 AM Note:
We'll probably be running two flights of 60 (or as near to that as we get), and then once both flights are at a set number, we'll progress. Also, the alternates system may well be in place. Best off to read that whole thread, or better still keep checking back to Blonde to see what the latest arrangements are. <<You will note the the maximum tournament capacity at Cincins is 100. Because we don't have to adhere to the Gaming Laws, we aren't going to, but we are still in the planning stages for the finer points, but we will keep everyone updated :) So ya just have to keep coming back <g>. Stu Its a rebuy, unlimited and dont expect to spend more than £60, unless you are a fish, if so spend as much as you like. |
