Title: Dealers choice cash games Post by: 4dam on February 28, 2006, 08:33:13 PM As with many of you guys and gals who play cash live. You would have came accross deales choice. now i can hold my own at holdem, omaha and a couple of others. But i have big leaks in others. And i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get info on some of these other games. Or some your own ideas about these other variants of the great game.

Also, I've just finished (with the intention of reviewing) 'Play Poker Like Johnny Chan" which is a basic introduction to all the main games and is quite good as an initial guide. You won't get heaps of detailed strategy but its a good start point as there aren't many decent multi-game books around. I just sit out of triple draw and padooki, rest i'm ok with just be prepared to gamble ;) Hi/lo is my fav variant whether its stud or omaha, plenty of books out there to read. Have to say not read any poker book yet, but got good advice from the internet :) Title: Re: Dealers choice cash games Post by: Karabiner on March 01, 2006, 11:05:13 PM Nottingham has some crazy cash games like that I just sit out of triple draw and padooki, rest i'm ok with just be prepared to gamble ;) Hi/lo is my fav variant whether its stud or omaha, plenty of books out there to read.
