Title: Online Poker Definitely Rigged
Post by: Mr F on March 02, 2006, 01:33:13 PM
I have a friend who has just got a job with a large online poker site and he has confirmed my worst fears.  Online poker is definitely rigged.

It seems that if you are a 26 year old short bloke who likes drinking and playing table tennis you will never win anything.

Guess I better give up.

I am short and also 26.

But I don't play table tennis and never really drink that much.

Does this still apply to me?  :D

Don't give up, more positive thought needed.

Don't worry about Matt Mar, he's a monkey and doesn't have a clue about football or the Mighty Chairboys.

I don't know, I think Matt could be right about Wycombe not winning the premiership next year. Gorman's good but that would be pushing it.

Anyway Mr F, what I actually said was "the site is set up so that good players that play consistently good poker will win in the long term."

So you're still screwed.

Although in truth there is a slight bias towards anyone with a funny name. Which explains why the player "nuttypoolog" does so well.

Ron,

you stick to your summer sports where Wycombe also have a decent team that you're jealous of cos you were never good enough to get in the team!!

No mate, afraid not, am going to a boxing match in Monte Carlo.  To be honest was a very difficult choice, a lot of my friends didn't understand how I could have trouble deciding between BB2 and MC.

My drinking has slowed down since birmingham, only once a week nowadays.  But I'm always up for an easy ride and will be glad to show your boys how it's done while you and Rod look on shaking your heads at your fellow scots foolishness.
