Title: Who is the best? Post by: snoopy1239 on March 13, 2006, 01:50:40 AM There was a discussion on here a while back about who the best player was and whether or not it was possible to single someone out.
Of course, the obvious points such as, 'perhaps the best player doesn't play the big comps', and 'it depends on what form of poker it is' all cropped up. I think the conclusion was that no1 was head and shoulders above any1 else. Names such as Negranu, Brunson, Chip Reese, etc, were all highlighted, but no conclusions were made. However, have things changed? If we were to ask 'who is the best Hold 'Em player?' ... could the answer be Ivey? or is it still too close to call. Title: Re: Who is the best?
