Title: should I have folded? Post by: Claw75 on March 13, 2006, 10:41:34 PM Should I have got out of this? The call on the river was a tough decision for me. Had a feeling I was behind - the guy I was against had bluffed on the river a couple of times, but not all in. Kicking myself for a really bad call now.

Post by: lazaroonie on March 13, 2006, 11:00:36 PM IMHO you should be laying this down here. It is possible his overbet is because he has a busted flush draw, but I dont think you have enough to call it.
For me the check on the river is where it goes wrong. I would have been more likely to put out a feeler bet rather than check, and if he came back over the top, then I am folding it. saying all that I dont like the way he plays the Aces. There is an argument that says with the cards on the board n, and his bad position a decent bet by the first to act after the river could make him throw it away. Title: Re: should I have folded? Post by: clayftknight on March 14, 2006, 08:31:21 PM bad call in my opinion.
Having said that, AA was played terribly. Title: Re: should I have folded? Post by: better than hellmuth on March 14, 2006, 09:18:06 PM IMHO you should be laying this down here.
