Post by: KeithyB on March 15, 2006, 11:35:07 PM Ok for what it's worth I think that the post flop all-in looks a bad move to me, to be honest, especially facing a reasonable raise.
I can see the move you're trying to make and it could be argued that the shorter stack shouldn't really call your all-in here but......... incredibly after the flop there isn't a single possible hand that your opponent could have that you're actually beating and this makes it way too risky for me. Plenty of outs admittedly but I think I'd like hit one of them on the turn first before risking the all-in. So it's either a call or fold after the flop for me depending what opinion I had formed of my opponent's playing style. Then definitely give it up after the turn comes. |
