I have been at the Bellagio for about 1 week and it has been great fun. I cashed in the nightly 1k event for $1,280 and 3rd place, Mr Cool came 4th.

I was packing my stuff yesterday to return to Florida because I had failed to win my seat for the 25K main event when the poker gods stepped in and changed my plans.

I walked to the Mirage to cash an old sports ticket and then I came back to the Bellagio to met w/ a poker agent and just have a beer w/ some buddies. We were all sitting at the bar outside the Fontana room when I decided to put the $100 I had just picked up at the Mirage into the video poker machine at the bar. My buddy Steve Zion (2nd place to TJ in 5k nolimit wsop 2005)  was also playing a machine right next to me when Surrinder came up to say hello. Steve lost his $200 in his machine and I told him to play mine because I was talking to Surrinder.

All of a sudden Steve looks at me and says "I did it". I said "you did what?" Steve " I hit the buttons", when I looked down I could not believe we had hit a royal flush for $4,000! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
 
I took 3K and played a single table for the 25k , knocked out 2 players w/  6h 3h on a bord of  Ts 6c 6d, they both had     Kc Kd, I sucked out on John Gale again, lost all the chips down to 6k ( started w/ 25K and was upto 82k after the 4th hand) and came back to win my seat w/ everything going just right!!!!!!

Could this be a sign??????

Oh yes - what a great omen! And bahh to all those people that say machines are a waste of money!

 Watched the rerun of your blonde hair game last night - obviously helps with your play so you will have to redye it for the main event!  :D  :D

Considering you almost didn't play the 5k PLHE event you won at last year's world series (until a blackjack win) I think this could be a sign....

Im pretty sure that something like this happen to Stuey Ungar, i think he lost a satelite in to the world series and then right at the last minute an old friend put him in another one, which he won! and then went on to win the world series.
I might be wrong but im sure thats what i read 8)

Brian told me he is in grinder mode today, with 50,000 chips i will slap him if he goes out today
