Title: Madness
Post by: Azrael666 on April 22, 2006, 09:57:02 PM
I've just watched someone someone go all in post flop with 2-2 (one in hand and one community), two hands in a row. He won both times. I was convinced that I was dreaming, but I've checked and rechecked. It actually happened. With 2 cards still to come he went all in with 2-2. Got called both times by even stupider people who had nothing but high cards.  >:?

So is this the craziest thing ever, or does even madder stuff happen out there?

madder stuff happens

sometimes its just best to be far from the madding crowd

Or be very Hardy like Thomas.

This is fun! With q j 10 5 showing he called an all in with a pair of queens. He lost this time. It's carnage!

I'm not sure about being Hardy like Thomas. I think that I'll just be a quiet little mouse in the corner and let them just get on with killing each other!

i was playing a live game today with friends

one of the guys plays any two cards

'' its just your luck he says ''

so anyway im in with  3c  5c on the big blind

 2 other limpers.

 flop is  6c  Tc  7d

so i flopped a gutshot straight draw and flush draw.

there is a bet then a flat call after i checked.

so i push all cos im relatively shortstacked and its only a friendly game

 he turns over 2c 5s

so not only do i still have my draw i also have him dominated and he has no draw

needless to say the turn was a  2h

and i didnt improve so i was first out.

however a bit later he is in a hand with another similar player who bluffs a lot.

the flop is  Ahrt  8d  4c

he bets out and is raised all in again

he thinks about it and then folds

the other players shows  Js 3d and starts laughing at his outrageous bluff.

so i asked the other guy waht he folded.

 he showed me  Aspades  9h

we all had a laugh too

so basically he called my all in with 2 undercards and no draw with  2c  5s

yet folds when he flops a pair of Aces.  :dontask:
