Title: blondepoker a nightmare!!!!!!!!
Post by: turny on April 24, 2006, 07:21:25 PM
am having a nightmare trying to sign up to blondepoker to play on tonights tournament.

have had nemerous conversations both online and on the phone trying to rectify the situation but to no avail.

finally been told that because my son rookieITB has an account that i will have to send personal id to them for both of us to prove we are not the same person.

sending sites personal information is not acceptable as far as im concerned.how secure is that for me?

she also told me i can deposit through neteller or other similar systems. how stupid is that basically saying you can cheat through those systems but not using your card lol

have been trying to sort for nearly 2 hours and im fuming >:( >:(

she also told me that every player that signs up for blondepoker has to provide identification if they use debit or credit cards.

could you all verify that you have sent them this information they request because i doubt this is true.

thanks

I am aware of this situation and I'm upset by it too.

The official stance is that you can deposit up to £300 without registering your card.

However in ITB's case this is different. As there a 3 accounts set up from the IP address they need to check out the users and they will not deal with me directly as it requires much of ITB's personal info, which I do not have, and could never give out if I did have anyway.

Unfortunately ITB, your best bet is to go through Neteller if you do not want to register your card.

I do apologise for this on behalf of blonde. If you had an account on a different Bowmans skin with your IP address it would be sorted within minutes but registering several blonde accounts from one IP address has meant you being flagged.

I will speak to them again now to try and resolve this, but I fear all they will tell me to do is get you to call them (again).

Seems fair enough, the same IP bit, it is for the players protection so at least they care.

i can understand the same ip bit etc. but i can assue you that this is genuine and i am in no way looking to cheat anyone.

most of you know of rookieitb who is my son who has one account

the other was set up by my partner so that i could use her credit card for deposits(no lose situation  :D) ansd so that i could teach her to play a bit.(yeah i know im rubbish!)

have had trouble depositting on her account(because of rookies account i know now) and was adviced to open account in my own name by an online manager!

thats why 3 accounts.

but im not prepared to send them personal details, i dont think this is safe or a fair request. they can talk to us all individually on the phone  if they want as there concern was that we were three different people and not one claiming 3 lots action points.(this seemed to be there problem not the more important collution problem they could face)

what makes me laugh though is its ok not to send them personal id as long as i use neteller lol whats the sense in that?????

You don't need a scanner Flushy. Take a digital pic of the document & e-mail the pic.......

But you can't hide on blonde, everyone knows your style. How you get on in the Grosvenor Satellite on Friday?

xx

lol still no good that ive given up now, wasnt meant to be.

had long conversation with another poker manager who promised me the first one had made a mistake and he would sort it etc only to find out later he didnt have the authority to sort it and that i still need to send them all our identifications.

as im not prepared to do that for personal security reason for the foreseeable future i will not be playing on blonde(boo i here u all say dead money missing)

to be honest im gutted was looking forward to playing amongst friends enjoying the laughs and banter but looks like its the abusive sharks on laddies for me. :(

good luck all

I just hope you don't leave yourselves too open to fraud/collusion, obviously the rules as they stand will catch out the good people inadvertantly but they are there for good reason.

Good point ifm. The problem at present though is that the mojority of people caught in the security web are honest punters.
