i just had a convo with a mate to think what Van Alstyne could actually have here... obviously i don't know but id like to see what people think he has... James Van Alstyne is on the button and Claus Nielsen raises in 2nd position to $385,000. Van Alstyne and Joe Bartholdi both call and the flop comes 4c 4d 3h Bartholdi bets $600,000 and Nielsen folds. Van Alstyne raises to $1,600,000 and Bartholdi calls. The turn is the Ahrt and Bartholdi checks. Van Alstyne bets $1,400,000 and Bartholdi again calls. The river is the 6c and Bartholdi checks again. Van Alstyne checks behind him and Bartholdi turns over 8h 8s for two pair. Van Alstyne mucks his hand i reckon i could narrow it down to his exact hand, but you will never find out until the TV coverage, how annoying!
