There was a geezer on her Table from Greece, but his Avatar was a Cypriot flag.

Chili asked "excuse me, how come you are Greek but have a Cyprus Flag as your Avatar?"

Geezer went WILD! He went off on one big time. Sadly - or maybe just as well - it was in Greek.

Tell us Chili, what was the translation?........

was it bubs26?

Title: Re: chili in the money
Post by: tikay on April 25, 2006, 10:26:14 AM
No. Cant recall his name though. I think Chili will! And it was all UPPER CASE SHOUTING type stuff. You know, the preferred font of the pea-brained tilter.

bubs26 is a Greek Cypriot, plays Tribeca (VC) a fair bit. Not the sort to rant and rave.

I did not! It was Couch, honest!

Anyway, what was the translation ifm? - you googled it, & Chili was gonna PM you. "Have a nice day"?

Shame on you Tikay, this is a family forum....tut

Besides the PM was just her saying she liked me much more than you.............. ;goodvevil;

Children behave!!

Tikay, you got a bit muddled there.  The disgusting chap in question was called AEKman.  He had a Greek flag but stated that he was from Lemesos, which is the cypriot way to say Limasol which is a city IN Cyprus NOT Greece. He baffled me by saying Cyprus is a Greek Island! Yes it is but it is another country.  What he did is the same as if a scottish bloke had an England flag as his avatar.  I mean its up to him and i couldn't care less but i only asked a simple question because i was curious and his Greek "words" were disgusting.  I think you tilted him Tikay before i even arrived!  :D

Ahh, the "famous" Chili gets out of bed & joins us.

"....the disgusting chap...."  - so it was not "have a nice day" then?

I never tilted him - I only arrived just as it all went off. But your question was politely phrased, then Kev got stuck in, then it all went off.

There was some serious "aaayyyaarr"-ing when he busted out though!

BTW - Kev is such a star.  Again, another table on Blonde that didnt know what hit it.  Kev found me with 26 left (27 got paid) and says "i have rallied some troops"  then one by one blondeite after blondeite arrives and do their usual railing duties. It was awesome, shame I only came 14th but what a laugh at 3am.

Yeah, that was the most satisfying bit.  His words got distinctly more obscene after all those aaayyyaaaaarrrsss  :D

Yup, 3am & there were blondes flooding the Text Box!

Only blonde, eh?

It's all good-natured, we are enjoying ourselves, & I think it's lovely. But the other players do get a bit bemused "wtf's going on" they chorus!

Long may it last.

I make it my business to report anyone who really goes over the top in the chat box, and I always follow it up to make sure some action is taken

My latest one is a trabica player who, after a bad beat said "I hope your mother dies"

I tiold Chili she should report him after she vaguely alluded to the nature of his comments, which were disgusting. But it was in Greek, so none of us are able to report it, as we don't actually know what was said.

Terms and conditions state that only English should be used at the tables or in the lobby!

Don't matter what he said, he didn't say it in English, so another reason to report him!

Totally off topic, but I met another Chili Pepper while away on holiday. Like our own Chili, she was petite, cute, and capable of being a bit nippy if you annoyed her.

Unlike our Chili she would jump in your lap at a moments notice & would let you rub her belly for a biscuit....

Here she is with my Dad.....

Her owners wouldn't let me put her in a yellow tartan mini-skirt :(
