Title: O/T iTunes Playlists
Post by: HarlemShuffle on April 26, 2006, 11:48:39 AM
I’m looking for some ideas to create some new play lists for my iPod. So….. could you post your top 5 most played songs in iTunes. Hopefully this might give me a good starting point for a new play list. Or if you really want to, you could post the complete contents of your favourite playlist.

I have over 1000 songs on my ipod at the minute with a huge variety so to list them would take a while!! it all depends on what mood i'm in at the table as to what music i listen to - more often than not though i've just got it on random shuffle and i'll listen to whatever it gives me.

My top 5 are probably embarrassing, but I'll go and have a look anyway!

My TOP 5 are embarrassing so I'll go with my favourite songs at the moment...

in no particular order...

1. Thunder in my Heart - Meck
2. Stupidisco - Junior Jack
3. Check on It - Beyonce
4. Music is Math - Boards of Canada
5. Teardrop - Massive Attack

They're all different in their own little ways.

I forget about those threads. I'll have to have another look through them now.

Poppet, that makes me wonder what you top 5 most listened to are now!  ::)

This week we are mostly listening to;
System Of a Down - Mesmerize, because my **** is much bigger then yours.
Babyshambles - Down in Albion, face it Pete is a God.
Arcade Fire - Words cannot describe this album, but if I had to try, simply brilliant.
WOLFMOTHER - WOLFMOTHER, Sabbeth vs Kings of Leon vs Zep vs Jack White quite possibly the greatest rip off album ever.  Dimension (EP Version), Colassal and Apple Tree all great.

Also look for Willy Mason's version of The Message - interesting if you like that sort of thing.

Harlem PM with favourite Tunes/Bands and I will write you a Playlist to try - promise my taste can fit most things - honest.

Poppet - Teardrop great shout.

Chillout stuff:

Satellite - BT
All I Need - Air
Joga - Bjork
Halcyon + On + On

Dancey Stuff:

Say Say Say - Hi Tack
I watch you - Lee Cabrera
I just can't get enough - Herd and Fitz feat. Abigail Bailey
Make a Move - Joey Negro
I'll be ready - Sunblock

Other stuff:

Barber's Adagio For Strings (Ferry Corsten Remix - Radio Edit) - William Orbit
Crazy - Gnarls Barkley
I can't stop raving - Dune
Insomnia - Faithless
Angel - Massive Attack (If you listen to this you will see what I mean, but it sounds like a very sexy, dirty song.. don't quite know why!)
