Title: ALL IN POKER Post by: smithy69 on May 05, 2006, 02:20:04 PM Hi Guys,
I am posting in response to a earlier thread I raised with regards to a site going down and then me getting a pretty basic email explaining that it wasn't there fault. Well I have to say I am very much in support of ALLIN poker now. I got an email out of the blue saying they were investigating my query and would contact me personally to let me know. I had in all honesty, forgot about it after their original email but it was nice to see they were making an effort. Now cop this :::::::: I had a personal phone call from the MD of ALLIN (Irish telephone number) explaining what had happened, and although they couldn't successfully say who was at fault, he had personally credited my account with the $120 I had lost on the rounders level. I am shocked to say the least. A site that seems to care about their players, and a phone call to boot!!!!!!!!!!!!! WELL DONE ALL IN!!!!!!!!!! It might not be the greatest financial offer from a site to a player, but is the 1st time a site has actually bothered to be helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Title: Re: ALL IN POKER Post by: smithy69 on May 05, 2006, 02:43:11 PM this is correct monkey boy!!!!!
Maybe its just me, but to get a phone call and to be spoke to in a professional way is the way forward. Most sites don't respond to emails Title: Re: ALL IN POKER Post by: El Yortle on May 05, 2006, 04:20:52 PM Most sites don't respond to emails Reminds me of when I used to bonus-chase at Party. I used to have to make international phone calls to get my bonus credited. Boo. :( |
