Basil Fawly : "Manuel, there is too much butter on those trays."
Manuel : "Que?"
BF : There is too much butter <slowly and clearly, pointing> ON THOSE TRAYS"
M : "No, no, Senior. not, ON THOSE TRAYS, no sir UNO DOS, TRES"

Manuels first scene. hilarious and I wouldnt be suprised if that joke didnt predate the whole show.

Unusual priest: I said unto a fool
"If you sow rye, what shall you reap?"
and the fool replied, "rye"
I said unto the fool
"And if your sow wheat, what shall you reap?"
and the fool replied, "wheat"
And I said unto the fool
"And if you sow anger, you shall reap anger"
But the fool replied
"No. Becuase in your example rye and wheat
were plant seeds and therefore follow the natural
laws of physics, whereas anger is a metaphysical
property so there is no proof that it shoud act
accordingly."
And I said unto him
"Oh it will actually"
And thus the fool left.

"Who's that lady with the log?"  "Oh her, we call her the 'log lady'."

"This must be where pies go when they die."

"Diane, I'm holding in my hand a box of small, chocolate bunnies..."

"The owls are not what they seem."

"Through the darkness of future past,
The Magician longs to see.
One chants out, between two worlds:
'Fire, Walk with me.'"

"You will see me again, in twenty five years..."

hehe yes - that's excellent.  From the same episode

"does everyone know the Riverdance?" and

Father Ted: Did you bring the travel scrabble Dougal?
Father Dougal: I brought the normal scrabble and the travel scrabble, Ted. The travel scrabble for when we were traveling, and the normal scrabble for when we arrived!
Father Ted: Good man!
Father Dougal: Ah, no, wait a minute... now that I think of it I didn't bring either of them!

(knew I'd got that wrong first time!)

The scene when blackadder is trying to explain to his puritanical teetotal aunt and uncle why someone just shouted "great booze up" is classic.

I think chants is right...

"That gum you like is going to come back in style. She's my cousin, but doesn't she look almost exactly like Laura Palmer?
"But... she is Laura Palmer?"
"I feel like I know her, but sometimes my arms bend back."
"She's filled with secrets. Where we're from, the birds sing a pretty song and there's always music in the air..."

Its from the Office, Ricky Gervais's character David Brent is being recruited as a business advice/motivational speaker and they ask him some questions for his website profile and that is one of the questions.
