Not a lot you can do really. He will/should call your raise pre-flop and he just flatcalls with the ten and an 8 kicker  (not a great move but OK). You can't put him on two pair`on the turn unless you have a read on him from earlier play.
you could have checked the turn but you probably would have called his raise (which would have followed at some stage) so might aswell get the chips in first.

If you had been beaten by a better ace that's one thing (that's what I first would have taken him for even though he didn't raise pre-flop) but to get done on the turn..bad luck

Unlucky, but there were 3 spades on the flop and you only had a 6 kicker. Not an ideal situation to go all in. Out of interest did you have any thoughts as to what hand he might be on?

In reference to the sick part:

6s Ac  497  50.20   482  48.69   11  1.11  0.508
8s Tc  482  48.69   497  50.20   11  1.11  0.492

Come the turn when you get most of the money in:

6s Ac    8  18.18    36  81.82    0  0.00  0.182
8s Tc   36  81.82     8  18.18    0  0.00  0.818

Dont like the raise oop with A 6 os.

Dont mind your flop raise though, + cant see why he would call this v strong bet with bottom pair.

You perhaps got a bit excited on the turn, but you had to protect your top pair. Not sure what to do there tbh.
