Hand took place tonight at the local casino, blinds were 300/600 guy in late ish position makes 1200 i call on the button with kq o...flop comes Ad 8d 9d....he bets 2500 i raise it to 8000 he pushes in for like another 4kish i call. Im certain ive got Kd Qc...anyway on our backs he turns over 6d 7c and i turn over Kh Qc!!!! turn is 4c and river is 4s!!!! If i actually looked at my cards when he repushed i would of had to fold but i was so certain i had the Kd. I raked in the pot and sheepishly shook his hand. A monumental mis read, but monster pots shipped my way courtesy of king high! |
