LeKnave, Horneris and myself have made a prop bet at 1.5/1 that chiprich cant stay in a 4ft x 4ft cupboard for 24hrs starting 9am today.

Im off to work now, & Linux & LeKnave are taking naps. There's cling film stuck all round the doors tho to the cuprboard ledges so if he successfully busts out and gets back in without awakening the two of them every1 will still know. Its not possible for him to re-attach the cling film and re enter the cupboard.

So the thread might go a little quiet for a few hours, but there will be tonnes of updates later on.

In Other News, there are plans afoot for later on to put the heating on full blast in the flat.
Then have the fan in the living room but the door tightly shut.

If I get time later on I might Photoshop your heads onto the photos taken by US soldiers at Abu Ghraib.

Erm can I pop up past Hyde park and start screaming in the box and bring lots of other people to do the same!

How about running through the four season's for the remainder of his stay in the box. Winter, buy a few bags of ice from the supermarket to pack his 'home'. Spring, Periodic use of a hose should make for authentic April showers. Summer turn up all the radiators at home, Autumn, turn up a fan full blast to represent windy October evenings. I’m sure he will be thankful for keeping him entertained.

If you want to make it hard for him, do not bombard the cupboard with sirens, spiders and shitey music all day long. This will keep him going and the challenge will be easy to complete.

Spending a day in a box is much tougher if you just go away and pretend you've forgotten about him. Not even a goodnight, no human contact whatsoever. Let him be alone with his darkest thoughts and allow cramp and claustrophobia to overcome him naturally.
Much less fun, but you're more likely to win the bet.

Keep quiet without a doubt

After being solidly passed out for 6 hours, i was rudely awoken by the landlord.

He comes into the flat, to inform us of a complaint about making too much noise, we run bad.  And see's all this shaving foam down 1 side of the door, and clingfilm all over the top (security measures to ensure he didnt leave.  He walks over to it, I'm like ''shit, plz dnt go in, 1 time in my life''

Luckily he doesnt open the door. 

So, hes had 8 hours in, and used up 6:30 of his 10:00 break.  This is very poor timing so far.  And could lead to his downfall. 


I agree with this.  As hes been to sleep now, we will just leave him in pitch black + silence.

So 8 hours in, 16 to go.  Personally i hope he buckles after 18/19.

          Impressive timings, still 3:10 left on his clock.  Over the next 14 hours it will be tough tho.

• He is being ignored by Linux and myself at the moment, and we playing FIFA08, loudly so he can here what he's missing out on
• When asked for a quote, he replied ''NO'', tension is high in the cupboard

Personally if it were my mate in there id be smacking the cupboard repeatedly with a baseball bat for an hour and then light some paper in an astray outside the cupboard so he call smell the smoke and think you've set the cupboard on fire.

He's done 9 months at one point, I'm sure he can do 24 hours. Especially with the Coco Pops and Eiderdown he seems to be enjoying.

The limited break time he has left is what might get him. If you were to convince him to accept a few lagers (in the spirit of sportmanship and respect....fnar fnar) then the resultant need to piss like a racehorse may be his downfall. (If it's close near the end, get those relaxation tapes of Amazonian waterfalls on the go)
