I was at school with Barry Austin (my brothers year actually, year above) and he made a sickening amount of money a few years ago purely because he's a lazy pig!
Even got a free season ticket at St Andrews (later taken away), sickening.

That said i got involved in a few charity darts exhibitions with him a year or so ago and he used his new found fame to great effect to raise the charities profile.

I turned it on just on time to see the funeral.   :'(

Apparantly lots would - never short of a boyfriend - they all said she had a pretty face - in fact she had too many men after her.

Aye, she also said it was completely untrue that she ate too much. Though when they interviewed her daughter she said she'd eat 8 $1 burgers in one sitting.

That's what she said.  She was lying.  Same as when she said she could move around perfectly fine, and could touch her toes.  Then showed that she couldn't, and at the same time admitted that she couldn't even roll over.  She also said that she didn't eat too much. 

I suppose there's always the freak value and some weird bragging rights...not my cup of tea though.

You do get Feeders though don't you - some guys (and women I suppose) like to feed their partners up to get them really big.

That's true. There were a lot of things that amused me.

Ok - so how come when her eating reduces because of the op she looses weight. She could have reduced her eating without the op surely.

It's an addicition issue - mainly sugar - fuelled by fizzy drinks and fast food. It's an epidemic in the USA - but no one seems to be educating these people on nutrition. When was the last time that woman ate a vegetable?

She, and I, are not one of those.

How much of a stick did she want?  :dontask:  Her options were:

1. You are going to die you are so fat.
2. You can have an op which will help stop you eating so much but there is a good chance you may die from the op.
3. You can stop eating so much and hopefully live for longer, without the need for an operation, no risks involved apart from you might feel hungry.

It's a no brainer for me.

Agreed. If I were the family I would sue the hospital for not encouraging her to eat more healthily - only in America!

Who gave her the food?  She couldn't get her arse off the sofa to get anything, but she still managed to eat loads.   Someone should stop feeding her for a bit or control what she was eating.
