Title: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: JungleCat03 on January 31, 2008, 12:36:00 PM Welcome back for day 2 of the Dortmund EPT.
The last two days have been fascinating. Day 1b in particular introduced two of the superstars of the game into action, Daniel (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=515) Negreanu (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=515) and Annette (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=902) Obrestad (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=902). Both built their stacks up effectively, climbing into contention and promising an exhilirating climax to the EPT is in prospect. There are a host of other strong players still remaining for them to battle through first though, including the flying Dutchman, Marcel (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=642) Luske (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=642), who fared well yesterday and former EPT Champion Mats (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=658) Iremark (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=658), who was one of the chip leaders from day one. Although sadly, the popular Hendon Mobster, Ram "Crazy Horse" Vaswani fell late in the day, after a promising start, there are still some Brits remaining, including talented youngster Dan Carter. A full player list and chip count will be posted as soon as we receive it. Play is due to start at 15:00 Dortmund time, which is 14:00 for you guys. Join us as the dramatic race to be EPT Champion continues. Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: Djinn on January 31, 2008, 02:39:24 PM The start of the tournament has seen a lot of play in the style of "X (where X is a medium to big stack) raises, and Y (where Y is a short stack) re-raises all in and X usually passes but occasionally calls." So not a lot to report other than a couple of exits and double ups.
This guy, Aram Sargsyan, according to my seating plan, hasn't had the best of luck today, first doubling up neighbour Jan Heitmann when he raised on the button with Ks Qd and found Jan with Ahrt Jh, then doubling up Hugo Marialva Felix who picked up Ad Ac when Sargsyan found Ahrt Kc. Sometimes it's just not your day. As myself and Jen mingled amongst the players, we heard gusty bellows of celebration emanating from what turned out to be Tommy Dender.
The cause of his celebration was that he had just eliminated the shortest stack at the start of the day Dustin Mele. For most of the players, knocking out such a short stack would not have proved such a special moment but when you consider that Dender himself started as the SECOND shortest stack you can see why he was so happy. Korosh Mollaie also had an unhappy start to the day. First off I joined his table as his 2k bet on the river of a K-5-6-J-3 board had been raised to 8k by Thomas Bihl. After considering for a while he called, Bihl flipping J-8 for 2nd pair, whilst Mollaie mucked his 7-3 (??) bottom pair pretty quickly. Strange hand on the face of it, I can only assume these two German players have some sort of history to have played it out like that... Korosh was now relatively short and when Thomas Ermer limped for 800 from late position, Korosh made a committing raise from the button, only to find the small blind and Norwegian legend Thor Hansen move in behind him. Korosh was absolutely LIVID when he flipped his 6-6 over, only to find that Thor had woken up in Valhalla, finding Q-Q. A J-4-5-3 sequence gave him hope but a 5 on the river sealed his fate as Thor hammered him out of the competition. He stormed off in disgust pretty quickly. It looks like the action preflop saw a raise from Nicolas and a call from Annette in the blinds (I could be wrong by one position, in which case it was a early position raise by Annette and a call by Nicolas in late - I know this makes a difference but I only have one set of eyes and lots of other stuff was happening at the time...) Anyway... With about 6k in the pot the flop was down 9h Jh 8s. A slow check from both players. Turn: 7d Annette bet out around 10,000...called. River: Qc Annette checked, and since no chips moved and the pot was shipped to M. Levi I can only surmise that he announced all-in and was not called. Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: JungleCat03 on January 31, 2008, 03:35:29 PM Sick hands have been played and metaphorical blood has been spilled!
First off we had Hugo Marialva Felix raising on the button a committing amount and being forced to call Vincent Cortois' shove from the big blind. Hugo tabled the rather limp J5, whilst Vincent proudly showed his more grandiose A-Q. A 3-A-7 flop looked to have swung the wheel of fortune rather decisively in Vincent's favour and a double up looked all but sealed. Hugo was encouraged however by a 4 on the turn, giving him 4 outs to make a backdoor straight on the river. Final confirmation that poker is a sick game happened as the required 6 on the river fell, sending Hugo into spasms of joy, whilst his very unfortunate tablemate Vincent was sent packing to the rail, to bemoan his fate to all who would listen. Next up we had German Cort Kibler Melby, who had been shoving his sub 10 BB stack regularly, shoving once more after an UTG limp. Tobias Reinkemeier called from middle position and everyone else moved out of the way, including the UTG limper... Cort showed 7c 7d whilst Reinkemeier flipped over Ad Qs. The race was on! Viewing the Aspades Jd Jc flop, Cort picked up his table tag, and prepared to leave the tournament. HOWEVER, the hand was far from over as a 7h appeared on the turn, giving Cort a full house and leaving Reinkemeier facing the prospect of losing the 17k+ pot. Surely after all the twist and turns of the hand so far, there could be no more drama? Live poker is like sooooo rigged. The river fell the Jh! (http://www.splitredrecords.com/images/products/OMG_foolswantnoise_albumcover_300.jpg) ...meaning Reinkemeier's full house of Jacks full of Aces, defeated Cort's house of Jacks full of Sevens at the last and Cort Kibler Melby was sent crashing to the rail in dramatic fashion. Wowzer!! Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: JungleCat03 on January 31, 2008, 03:38:23 PM Rolf Slotboom seems full of beans today. News has reached us in the press room of some bad news concerning Maz Nawab, one of the remaining Brits, who was well placed coming into the day.
He has lost a monster pot, holding a pair of bullets to his opponent's K-K, many of the chips going in on the turn allegedly, and once the cards were turned one of his tablemates commented that he had played the hand "perfectly" to get his opponent to commit all his chips. One more horrid beat to add to the rapidly growing collection though as a sickening K on the river crippled Maz and sent the 70k+ pot hurtling out of his stack into that of his (as yet) unknown opponent. Bad luck Maz, very cruel luck... It does look reassuringly like they are gathering full chip counts during this break - the Pieces of Paper were circulating as the clock ticked down. Arhghghghgh :( Yep that's about it - early on he was playing a few pots against tablemate Thor Hansen... who raised to 2,200 preflop and Dan called in position holding 9d 9h. Then the big blind just shoved for 27,000(!). Dan said, "I knew he was steaming..so I called." He showed 3c 3h - that was the early rise to 60k. The knock-back came from a similar situation - Dan raised to 2,500 in the cutoff with Ac Ks and then called the small blind's 20k shove...which he had done with Jh 4h. Small Blind At-It-Matey spiked a Four though... Dan illustrated how he felt about this by making the sign of the HappyEater: (http://piffl-medien.de/tomas_katz/images/HappyEater.jpg) Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: Mango99 on January 31, 2008, 04:49:29 PM Thanks Jen. Dan Carter has clawed back to 47,000, but this level was the end of the line for Nicolas Levi who ran Ad Kc into the Kh Ks of Annette Obrestad... bad timing for the on-again-off-again chip leader and another not-quitept title... He joins the ever-growing list of people who have been Annetted out of the tournament one way or another - Arnaud Mattern too fell to her 4-6 yesterday as a shortstack A-3 shover. ____________________________________________ Also hitting the rail was Vincent Gosselink who shoved his 20k in pre with Aspades 9s and was eventually called by Manfred Bass. I say eventually, because it was around a 2 minute fully filmed dwell before he quietly announced, "Call," with his Ac Qh, calmly disposing of his shortstack neighbour. ____________________________________________ Rolf Slotboom, whose stack is sort of hard to estimate due to its strange formation, has been staying out of the way of some big hands - despite insisting that he was being picked on when Stefan Wrenger (sitting on 61k) raised his blind preflop, he was shown Kings as a whinge-reward, and doesn't seem to be suffering the chip fluctuations of say, Dan Carter. Other counts: Mats Iremark -- 95,000 Daniel Negreanu -- 31,000 Sevinc Neumann -- 100,000 Claudio Rinaldi -- 105,000 Carter Gill -- 15,000 Nikolas Behling -- 29,000 Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: NoflopsHomer on January 31, 2008, 05:36:54 PM I hear by direct an Appeal to Djinn, Snoopy, No Flops Homer, Jungle Cat, Tikay or God. Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: JungleCat03 on January 31, 2008, 06:14:00 PM Ok, here are some things that are happening (poker-related!)
First off we have Dan (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=86) Carter (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=86) who looks to be on around 43k or so. I captured him just as his table neighbour Thor (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=878) Hansen (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=878) was caught happily collecting a pot he had recently won. (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8796&g2_serialNumber=1) This is an interesting table with Mats (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=658) Iremark (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=658) and Daniel (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=515) Negreanu (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=515) sitting next to each other. At the time of this snap Mats had roughly 65-70k whilst Daniel was a bit behind this with 30-35k. Here they are sharing a joke... (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8794&g2_serialNumber=1) UPDATE!! Negreanu is OUT! That's righ, the diminuative Canadian has lost all his chips and bitten the dust...more details shortly... Steve (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=414) Jelinek (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=414) has lost some chips. I joined this hand on the river where it went check check and a decent sized pot was passed to the Richard Forenbach, Steve showing A-8 for 2nd pair and Richard K-Q for top pair. Here they are sandwiching Annette (circa 40k) as Richard merrily sweeps up his newly won chips whilst Steve on the left looks somewhat less enthusiastic about the result as he is left fairly short on 15k or so... (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8800&g2_serialNumber=1) Katja (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=624) Thater (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=624) has just won a pot to increase her shortish stack. After facing a bet of 4.5k from German player Marc Dotsch on a board of Kc 5s 3c, she thought a while before picking up the rest of her 16k or so stack and pushing it all in. Dotsch folded after a short pause... Here is attractive German bracelet winner Katja (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=624) Thater (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=624) scooping up the pot that keeps her alive. (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8802&g2_serialNumber=1) And here's Marc, add your own caption... (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8806&g2_serialNumber=1) nice spot finding the ginger one from that 70s show but if you wanna impress me find me a mila kunis lookalikey (brunnette spoilt B***h from that 70s show) Best I could do at short notice... Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: Djinn on January 31, 2008, 06:18:29 PM Climber of the Day is most probably Jan (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=589) Heitmann (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=589), whose 50k+ started as this little stack you see in this photo. He was in fact all in for his tournament life in level one, with a stack that couldn't make a raiser pass, so congrats to him. I think his secret weapon at the table is velour mixed with aggression. (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8792&g2_serialNumber=1) And it's been a good day so far - just saw his cards on their backs and his whole stack in the middle - covered by his opponent Michael Kwiek. He held Aspades Qs and Kwiek Ahrt Jh. The board had just finished being dealt as: 4c Qd Ad 7s 7c but I think most of the money went in on the flop which was in all likelihood A-7-7 rather than the other way around. Jan now on 130,000. Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: JungleCat03 on January 31, 2008, 06:23:42 PM Wow! First one of the favourites in Negreanu falls, now Annette Obrestad has also bitten the dust...
Again, it happened so fast we have few details but she was heard saying "I lost a 40-60 after having a bad day..." Here is the chilled out tic tac man himself, Rolf Slotboom. Radio Rolf was in full effect as I joined his table... (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8798&g2_serialNumber=1) Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: Djinn on January 31, 2008, 06:38:02 PM Johannes Strassmann, who started the day on 6,100, has now topped the 90k mark. His chip multiplication skills have not gone unnoticed by his tablemates - one of them said as I walked by, "Hey, you've chipped up nicely from 6k..."
_________________________________ Ramzi Jelassi Vs. Pocket Queens Ramzi: 1, Queens: 1 The young Swedish player has slowly climbed in chips, peaking just under 50k before the dinner break. But he only ever seems to play a hand when his opponent has Q-Q. The first time, he'd raised to 4k under the gun, and Stefan Wrenger re-raised in late position - it was either a minraise or just over, but Jelassi folded and was shown Qc Qh which was probably a fair mile ahead of him... Then Jacques Zaicik raised to 5k preflop and when it folded round to s.b. Jelassi he thought about it briefly, then announced all in. It looked like Zaicik with his 42k behind covered him, but it was one of those tournament-life decisions in reality for him. He went through the wringer visibly - hands all over face, behind head, shrugging and giving every appearance of being in something approaching physical pain. "You can beat me," said Zaicik "I think I can." "There are very few cards to beat me." At this point everybody on the table has probably some idea of what he's holding... "I am going to show you," he says, laying down Qs Qc. "Very stong fold," offered Ramzi, as deadpan as it is possible to be. Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: alexross on January 31, 2008, 06:40:28 PM Negreanu is OUT! That's righ, the diminuative Canadian has lost all his chips and bitten the dust...more details shortly... He raised and got one caller to see the flop of Qd 6h 2d. Both players checked and Negreanu bet 9K on the 9s turn, with 11K behind. His opponent went all in holding A-9 and Negreanu called with 6d 3d . No six, three or diamond appeared on the river Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: Djinn on January 31, 2008, 06:53:27 PM Dan Carter won a nice pot before the dinner break (although 10 minutes seems enough time for him to reverse and re-reverse his fortune another couple of times)... I caught it from the turn when Dan was betting 4k in position on a board of 7h Jd Td 8c. He was called by Anders Henriksson.
River: 3s Henriksson checked, and then considered the 9k bet at him. Eventually he called - paying off Dan Carter's Ahrt 9c for the turned straight. It looked at that point as though Dan was over 60k. Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: Mango99 on January 31, 2008, 07:00:31 PM Yahooooo... Awesome updates!!

Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: JungleCat03 on January 31, 2008, 08:12:12 PM We had a quick chat with Steve Jelinek during the dinner break. In his own words he's in "push or fold territory" now as he aims to garner a stack where he can play a little more poker.
"It must've been hard having annette stuck just to your left all day..." I commented but Steve said he was actually quite enjoying having her there as it gave him a chance to double up his stack as she is obviously not the type of player to just sit there with her chips locked up... Tut, tut though Jelifish, he was somewhat less impressed when we told him about this! Hello! Could you show me some hot bavarian boys please? Plans have clearly been afoot to change this... I returned from the dinner break to find a crack unit of gummi commandos had comandeered my computer to send out their own propaganda. Although I dispersed the troops in a few mouthfuls, I fear the damage has already been done! Great work guys :) I'm just going to hazard my best guess and say they will play to 36 - the money. Sometimes they finish a certain number of levels, sometimes not - but with a whole day left to get to the final table it would be unlikely for them to keep going once down to the last few tables. Jan raised preflop to 5k, and probably-Friedrich, another very large stack, re-raised to 16,000. A brief pause. Then Jan re-re-raised a further 36,000, and was rewarded with a pretty swift fold. He rubbed salt in by showing the 6c... but then later admitted that that guy wasn't the one to be messing around with - a tidy player with a dangerous stack. "I don't want him messing with me, either," he added, however.

Marcel Cesarz on the button re-raised an utg raiser from 5.5k to 25k, and had barely finished stacking those chips when the very next hand Anders Henriksson raised utg to 6.5k. In came Cesarz on the cutoff now re-raising to 24k and picking up another uncontested stack of blue chips. Young people these days, no respect for early position... ______________________________________ Manfred Bass took a 50k pot from Marcel Luske a little while ago, betting out 20k on the river with the board standing Ts 6c 8c 9h Tc, which was enough to take it at that point. Marcel is still chipped up, though, along with Diego Perez Marco, who's up around 190,000. Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: Djinn on January 31, 2008, 09:28:07 PM Jacques Zaicik is OUT in pretty dramatic circumstances...
With a stack of just under 63k at the beginning of the end of the hand (all will become clear), there was around 30k in the pot with Zaicik staring down young American Christian Harder as he put in a bet of 19,800 on the river... The board: Qh 9s Td 6h 2s. I don't know how they got the money in and when, just that there was still a lot behind on either side as this bet was made. Zaicik squirmed a little bit, took enough time that I started to play music in my head (a kind of screensaver for lengthy dwells) but then announced, "All in." This clearly surprised Harder as he was now the one under pressure - with 44,300 to call it would cripple him if he made the wrong decision... It was like a weird reversal of pressure - now Jacques Zaicik was calmly counting down his stacks while his opponent made a pain face. He thought for a while, and then said, "I call." Zaicik showed Aspades 9c Harder showed Qc Tc and his two pair took the huge pot and eliminated his opponent, who was pretty cheerful about it, talking to some people on the rail - I didn't understand what he was saying, but his body language was universal - "Oops. That didn't work." Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: JungleCat03 on January 31, 2008, 10:22:59 PM With 44 players left, shortstacked swede Anders Henriksson felt he needed to increase his stack to reasonably have a chance of winning.
His first shove with A-9 ran into the dominant Q-Q of a player who I didn't recognise, and who also had hidden his identifying card from view (curses!) The gods clearly felt he deserved punishment for this behaviour and rewarded the more easily identifiable Anders with an A-2-4 flop. The 3 on the turn opened up some split possibilities, which arrived when a 5 on the river earned Mr A Nonymous a partial reprieve as they players ended up splitting the pot with a shared wheel straight. Anders was in no mood to slow down though as he shoved a few hands later with A-7 which was called by another short stack, Stefan Wrenger, who had been dealt (http://natureproducts.net/Crops/cropsimages/walnuts.jpg) in the form of a pair of bullets. Lucky in the previous hand, Anders was drawing even thinner this time. The cards fell 4h 9d Tc Jc...opening up the possibility of an outdraw, but a 4c on the river ended any hope of that and Anders picked up his coat, shook hands amicably with his table and departed the tournament. 43 players remain... Mike McDonald... Flying under the radar for most of today, he just leaped to our attention by winning possibly the biggest pot of the tournament, catapulting him into Leader Status with his new 335k stack. I was up some stairs, down the hall and in a soundproof box when this hand kicked off - I am going to merely repeat what I heard, which is as yet unsubstantiated, which is that he and Mats Iremark got it all in preflop with K-Q and J-J respectively. Two Queens later and we're down one strong player and up one giant chip leader with no fear whatsoever. Whoever squeezed who, it turned out to be fireworks... He has made the most of a large slice of fortune earlier in the tournament. He had got the bulk of his chips in against an opponent, holding 6h 7h on a 8c 9c Ks 2c board, his opponent making a good call with Jc Jh. With his opponent holding the Jack high flush draw to go with his pair of jacks, Manfred had to hit a 6 outer on the river to realistically survive, which he duly did when the 5s arrived on the river... You know what that means folks! It's (http://www.market-racket.com/images/bubble.jpg) -time... So we're hand-for-hand, with Thomas Kremser announcing each hand in turn as he walks from table to table. Suddenly a big pot is played out, and the crowds gather round the table in question. On a Q-T-3 flop, Stefan Wrenger gets all his chips in versus Brandon Schafer after raising UTG, then shoving the flop for 2x the pot, Schafer quickly calling. When you see the hands, you'll see why... I'll pass over to the excellent commentary of Thomas Kremser. "Stefan Wrenger is allin with T-T, a set of tens, and Brandon holds Q-T for two pair. The turn is a ...Queen [oh my god!] and the river is an Ace, meaning Wrenger is our unlucky bubbler..." Poor Wrenger, especially when it was revealed by one of the players (after the hand) that they had folded a queen, effectively meaning he got a one out, slap in the face, bad beat on the bubble of one of the biggest tournaments in europe. Poker can be so harsh... Wrenger grabbed his coat angrily and stormed out of the poker arena looking sick as a dog who has come home hungry from a hard day's work, only to be told the following by his housemate... You heard me right, folks - triple all-ins on two tables simultaneously saw Diego Perez Marco's Ad Ahrt take on Kc Kd and Ac Kc... in pretty excellent shape to make a big stack even bigger...which is exactly what happened. Right then Thomas Kremser announced what he called another 'interesting hand' on the table behind - threeway all in: 4h 4c vs. Tc Td (Johannes Strassmann) vs. Ahrt Ad (Ramzi Jelassi). A 4d appeared on the flop, but people weren't finished intaking breath before a Ts followed on from it. Strassmann had both of his opponents covered, so another close-but-not-quite finish for Jelassi as a 200k pot heading the other way becomes his last. It looks like play might stop when we reach 32 players - or in the unlikely event that doesn't happen, at the end of the current level. Title: Re: Pokerstars.com EPT Dortmund: Day 2 - Interactive Post by: Djinn on January 31, 2008, 11:33:05 PM The final elimination of the day was Thor Hansen, whose A-10 shove was called by a King-spiking K-Q. That brings BA's picks making Day Three to 0. To be fair, they were pretty unlucky...
That means that the remaining 32 players will be back at 3pm tomorrow to play down to the Final Table. They will be watched, and commentated thereupon, by myself and the good Cat. Wowzer! many big names came and went today, but it was a less well known, but clearly highly capable Canadian Mike McDonald who led the way at the end of the day. Renowned Dutchman Marcel (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=642) Luske (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=642) also survived the cull of the big names, including Negreanu, Obrestad and Iremark, to make it through to the latter stages. We will reconvene tomorrow at 15:00 our time, (14:00 for you in the UK) to see how this amazing EPT ultimately plays out. Before we go, a final report, as usual, from the trenches. Once again, there was the sad sight of a once full tray of gummis, now sadly reduced to just a few powerful soldiers, who beat the odds to make it through the day... (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8838&g2_serialNumber=1) ...BUT WAIT! The Gummis showed a crafty tactical streak, that had not been in evidence previously...No longer will they just sit there as cannon fodder for the hungry fingers of the press, but took the war to the enemy in exciting fashion today. From their daring raid on the press computers... (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8842&g2_serialNumber=1) ...to their clever camoflage attempts... (http://blondepoker.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=8840&g2_serialNumber=1) the Gummi bears are clearly prepared to fight fire with fire, with a renewed vigour and intelligence that may yet see this war won!
