I know there are a few of these going on atm, but i rather stupidly issued a challenge yesterday after a heavy night on the lash that i could not make $10,000 profit just from playing short handed $33 SnG's on FTP in the month of June. peronally I think $10k would be a doddle in a month for anyone who would want to put the hours in. With a roi of 10-15% you would only need to play 80-100 a day which if you are 16 tabling isnt a problem.

nobody has asked for any rules on this?

Is amatay allowed to use any specialist software tools?
is he allowed to let someone else play his account?
is the 10k profit on the month including rakeback or not?

so many angle shoots on this that all need to be covered in any prop bet. I could come up with a prop bet that sounds far harder than this one for serious ammounts of money if nobody is asking for any rules to be set beforehand.

I dont wanna bet you because I think you will do it not because I dont trust you. A good prop bet should have people who believe you can and cant do it- I am one of the few by the looks that reckon you can do it (then again I know how sick you are and how many games you are going to play lol)

so probably about 40 minutes each assuming you win it?? I think its possible but gonna be tough- you'd need pretty good mental endurance and need to stay in the whole month and play at least 100 a day

Just checked your sharkscope and think you'll do it mate-serious challenge though- would imagine that ROI to come down a bit with the strain of having to do so many each day- says you've done 400 all in but I reckon when this starts you'll need to do anywhere between 2500-3500 in the month.

Question: if you reach the $10k profit on say the 25th day would you stop?? or would you continue to play and try and increase it(with the obvious chance you go on a terrible run and go below the £10k profit???)

lol a valid question I think- If you've earned the $10k profit on the 25th day you've earned $400 a day profit- you'd have 5 days left in june- assuming you are confident you could keep it up at the same rate thats another $2000 which is more than has been staked on this prob bet- effectively your taking the risk away by stopping but might also be doing yourself out of $2k but I agree stopping is the most sensible idea but its still a valid question, especially if you feel confident you can keep it up at the same rate

I think after 25 days of player constantly the last thing you'd want to do is play more!

I really think you have a less than 20% chance of doing this, there was a prop bet very similar to this on 2p2 last year. To make 10k at the stars 27 9man turbos in a month. The guy got nowhere close and chucked it in after 2 weeks. I will see if i can find the thread.

Having said that I wish you the best of luck and its always good to see someone man up and do a sick prop bet.

This made sound harsh fella.

1) There really should have been a T&C's added to the prop bet before it was started. They have like proper contract rules made out for the bets now on 2p2, so there is no angle shooting.

2) If these rules are not cleared before the bet this kind of thing really is your responsibility and no one elses. The standard rule is unless it is a complete blackout at the sites end, there is no recourse.

3) You really stand so little chance of making 10k in a month, that I would prob cut you some slack, but if people don't i would not blame them.

4) In reality you have made a massively -ev bet and you starting to sound a touch desperate. This is so unlikely to come down to $66 or a half day it ain't going to make a difference.

5) Are you seriously two tabling? Lesson learned research whether these bet are feasible, if you were 12 tabling like 10 hours a day it would be a good bet.

I hope you prove me wrong I really do, as it would be a good sweat and you seem like a decent enough fella.

Sort yourself out man, get multi tabling and get the profits shipped.   You've a long way to go yet.

Dude do not give up, think positive. If the incentive of winning not only 10k but also the prop bet dosnt spur you on then I dont know what will. On the bright side even if you only make 2k this month you can pay off your prop bet, bank a small profit and have a story to tell the grand kids.

Just stick at it, start playing 4 tables at once, after a day or so you will be confident enough to move onto 6 and then try for 8. Then your gonna have to sit there and grind it out for 12 hours a day if you want a chance to win the bet.

Geez man ,how can you throw in the towel after day 2,come on get a bit of backbone and don't write off the grand you stupidy wagered.......................let's have a bit of Churchillian fight em on the beaches attitude,fire up the comp,,get the redbull in,put a bit of real effort in.........................and get it done!!!!!!!!!

I understand that you don't want to do Amatays challenge as it is deffo a boring grind. But easy, I lol hard at that. There are a few stt grinders i would not want to give action to on this but they are few and far between.

Amatay is no doubt running good thru his first 500 at this level and an roi over 20 long term (2000+ sngs) at the FTP 33's i would reckon is unachieveable, so to make 10k at an roi of 15% (still only the very best regs are going to get anywhere near this) is going to take 2000 sngs. A more likely roi is 10% with people with no record at this level and that is 3000+ sngs. This is assuming there is not angle shooting.

Not an easy challenge imo. Be good to see what you propose though.

Lets see how Amatay gets on- I am probably the only one who still thinks he will do it if he gets his finger out his arse and puts a few days in. I will come up with something after the wsop but tbh I wont be coming up with a bet I dont know for certain I can do- this kind of negates the prop bet side of things and is the reason I have never done a prop bet before. The idea of setting a bet I know is unachievable is pointless and means I would do money, if I set a challenge you will do yours so whats the point? Obviously I can dress up a challenge to make it look hard but if I set myself a challenge then I will do it.
