Having re read the thread. It looks a bit degrading to poker trillion. Despite early problems the kind staff at support called the manager who posts as Colin here and he gladly sorted it out within a minute. Which is pretty good seeing as it was sunday evening and he was probably at the beach in Cyprus :)
