Thats very good Mrs C . But unfortunataly i got drunk there last month and i believe i got banned. Not had anything in writing and bit emabarrased to check with them. Are bans for a set period or for life? And do/can they get reviewed ? I would appreciate some info on this. Also does it mean all Grosvenors are out of bounds aswell??

You won't necessarily get anything in writing, though you should have been told at the time whether the ban was temporary or permanent

If it's permanent it is often all Grosvenors

May I suggest ringing or writing to the Swansea cardroon manager and apologising/grovelling?

I have thought of writing but a litttle emabarrassed. I was really out of it at time and cant rememeber exactly what i was told. But yes i do need to do some major grovelling. But my first plan is going to go to another Grosvenor and see if i get in. If all Fails there is new Casino opening in Swansea next year.. Aspinalls i believe. :dontask: ;reallyamsorry;

He is just using a quote from Twin Town where the words are inscribed on the floor as you leave the Station. But do you know what they really say?

depends on the reason for a ban, if it is alcohol related regarding not finishing your drink in time/not wanting to hand over the last of your drink you will be permanently banned from every grosvenor (that means for life, no appeal ever).
They will not tolerate anything that can have any sort of bearing on their license, though pm "crdolly", she works on the front desk at walsall and is responsible for any bannings there, she may be able to check to see if you are banned.
Hope she won't mind me saying this.

Thanks iFM ... a bit of sense there. No i just got drunk this was about 12 midinght bar open till 2am. Just made a complete ass of myself and used some choice words on one guy ( customer).
