I've added you to my list of people not to ask to run a business for me. doing well last month is not a good reason to not promote things this month

who said anything about not promoting? If i recall correctly there used to be 2 sat a week every week + a sat at DTD on last Wed for the £300. Now they just cancelled those and did alot more promoting to combine into one sat with lots of gdt seats.

They've made €800 they wouldn't have otherwise made. Not bad business. Although probably not paid for the marketing I guess.

I would imagine with the exchange rate as it is that the guarantee's been met by now.  lobby says add on at end of rebuy period, so there should be more than 50 seats I would have thought.

3. not obvious where to rebuy on hand 1
4. how can you have a break at 90 mins with 12 min levels
5. where does it say you can add on
6. random stoppage for add on happened whilst typing - break nowhere near long enough
7. when u try to sort the lobby by name/chips - it defaults to the bottom!!?!?!?!?!!?
8. no instant hand histories (that i can find)
9. when you go back the main screen - it defaults back to its (erm) default - rather than holding your previous screen
10. didnt update prize pool during re buy
11. cant bring up friends table

I had 8 bb with the blinds approaching and going up within the next minute. IF you call, I would be dominated if I have one of the hands you put me on, with 67 suited, I'm only about a 6/4 dog.

heres something that pissed me off about the software.

I transferred 80 quid or thereabouts to my poker account, and reg'd for the tourney.

logged off, and switched computers.

logged back on, and played the first 90 minutes.

asked me if I wanted to add on - I said yes - and it said "sorry you dont have enough funds" - it had transferred the 58 quid back out of my poker account into the general account.

Hey Fran, you can buy in online upto 7pm on Friday night.  If you are wanting to buy in at the club, then reg opens after 8.30pm on Friday - to avoid the cues of the regular comps.

First a huge thanks to all of you for playing our 50 seat Guaranteed Super Satellite , this exceeded our expectations giving away an unbelievable 61 seats.

It is highly likely we will do this again next month , i should be able to confirm by the weekend.

Also we really appreciate the feedback regarding the site and will get back to you in the next few days with updates regarding improvements.

Moved my May entry to June yesterday through live support..no hassle at all. Customer Service (Nelson) had to get in touch with the club to have it moved and would send me a confirmation email when it was all done.

[ ] Ussually you actually get a confirmation from customer service.
[X] This morning it was actually in my inbox.

No problem. Just buy a few more fruit machines and give Mick Jones his own vip seat in the fruit machine area complete with free drinks and food.

Alternatively get a more creative accountant. You're probably not making that much from the actual poker anyway.

If you do, can you structure it a bit less crapshooty next time? 15 min levels would make sense, especially if you keep the 90 min rebuy.

Because of the 90min rebuy period there was too much chips in play for the levels, so yes, either extend levels or reduce rebuy phase...

If extending the levels an earlier start would be grand. 12 O'clock finish now and I get up at 5 to go to work...I was a very tired man :)

Also, which would be fantastic, if there's 50 seats available once we get down to say 60 we could play hand-for-hand as the last 45mins mins was zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz waiting for everyone using up the full time bank, appreciate this is highly unlikely tho...

find out which vault that tribbecca software is held and get it up and running imo...

introducing h4h is unlikely to solve the problem, it'll just move it. people will time bank when approaching 60 left rather than 50, the net result is the same
