Title: Zopa Post by: phatomch on June 22, 2009, 03:00:36 PM I was wondering if any Blondes had used this before, it looks like a good investment opportunity but wanted any info or ideas from others before I put any money in. I am a secured loan broker as my profession so have got some idea from my side, havnt really found any horror storys yet, but haven't spent to much time looking.

Saying that, I had no horror stories, I think 1 person failed to pay back in that time and I am owed about £30, out of investment of £1200 i made £207 in 24 months + £30 owed.. Generally you will get much better than you would at the bank, and not much risk, as they will chase up any debt owed anyway. Title: Re: Zopa Post by: neeko on June 23, 2009, 08:30:16 AM I joined the lenders a few months ago to get a higher interest rate, I am averaging over 7% with loans only to A* & A, which is much better than a bank. The funds are spread out over £10 blocks to each borrower.
My only reason to not invest more is the fear of inflation down the road, and beign stuck into 3 year loans at fixed rates. |
