So, before I donk away another £50 in tonight's tournament I've volunteered to help with the updates for an hour. So for the next hour or so there's 2 people to get chip counts etc on people you're interested in. A few I've just gathered:

Whilst on my way back I caught another interesting hand on Jamie Syke's table.

A preflop raise to 1150 recieved 2 callers, followed by a shove for 7k. Hugh Slevin, who had flatted the original raise shoved himself, and everyone else scarpered.

Girgy opens for 1200. Rooks raises to 3575 (obv wants to make life difficult for the dealer). Folds around to Girgy who also folds.

Hand 4

Girgy opens for 1000. The SB and the BB both come along for the flop which reads

Both check and Girgy bets 2400. The SB calls and the BB gets out of the way.

 2s on the turn and both players check.

As I walked over to table 33 there was quite a commotion.

2 players were all in, along with a 3rd player contemplating the call. Not quite sure what was going on, but there were arguments over whether the other all in player had simply called the original shove or shoved himself. 2 tournament directors later and we seem to have resolved the conflict, with the remainding player folding. The 2 remaining players turned over AK and KQ, with AK taking it down.

The AK was held by Graham Barnes, who is now up to what looks to be about 50k.

It was nice meeting dingledell today (even though she raped my stack twice) and watching her love affair with rooks unfold, it was a shame when the table broke and they were ripped apart :)
