I am looking for a volunteer please to help (with laptop assistance) arbitrate objections and to facilitate scoring. You will not be able to be a team member. You will be able to set up to two of the ten questions yourself.

Please post your qualifications and suitability for the post, which is a voluntary position with no pension, perks or benefits, for my consideration

Qualifications - I have experience of RSQ mastering and, seeing as I made a mess of it last time, the law of averages says it's bound to go well this time.

I'm honoured. I feared I might get lumbered with Sharplea.

I want to play and give hassle to the QM, so for that reason - I'm out!

My darling wife, Nicky will do it. She would rather not be in a team with me when I get all competetive.

Myself as master of ceremonies, Andrew and Claw as objection arbiters and Mrs Delboy as the sensible one, hopefully the scorer, will do this as a team of four

20 mins thinking time to answer question sheet. One pass.

We will mark them

then read out scores answer by answer

Andrew and Claire as objection arbiters, will consider objections scores and alter marks depending on objection. I intend that if an objection is made and fails the teams score for that round doubles

Should all be done in an hour.

What happens if an objection is made and is sustained?  Any bonuses?

if you object and fail twice does your score multiply by 4?

possibly looking at trying to break a record here...

why? people shouldn't get a bonus because you incorrectly scored them. you're effectively punishing every other team for your poor marking
