The 300 NLH Main Event was a 2 day jobbie, & the result was as follows.......

10th, George Geary, 870

9th, Ali Mallu, 1,290

8th, Malcolm Muskett, 1,720

7th, David Oxley, 2,150

6th, Rumit Somaiya 2,580

5th Simon Zach, 3,000

4th Steve Jellinik 3,860

3rd Jamie Pirie, 4,930

2nd Chris Bruce, 10,000

WINNER Hamid RowShanaei, 12,500.

This was an amazing result for Hamid - he won Thursday night's comp too! He rode his luck, mind you, I saw him flop a fully & have someone bet into him THREE times on Friday evening, but good luck to him.

Nicwe pick-up for Notts Chris Bruce, he is doing better & better on his away trips, after winning the Walsall Omaha earlier this year.

Rumit did well after returning as overnight Billy Low Stack.

And nice to see Notts Malc Muskett have a decent payday. He's a good guy, who works tirelessly & quietly for Poker4Charity.

I did hear a few mutterings that the guys who returned on Day Two should all have got a little something, & I have had 3 or 4 phone calls suggesting there was collusion & chip dumping going off. But I have no evidence, & I sure ain't naming the suspects without evidence.

A big up to Craig & Fordy & the Sheffield crew - even the Car Park Security man is friendly! - we look forward to the next Sheffield fessie.

Many thanks to Craig for sending me the results.
