He then shouts at seat 4, who has mucked his hand out of turn during the streets

Seat 4 claims that Rana had his cards covered, therefore he thought it was his turn to act

James doesn't accept this is a valid reason, and asks for the floor

The floor warns seat 4 that if he folds out of turn again a penalty will apply

The floor leaves the scene, and seat 4 starts up. James replies. This continues for a couple of minutes

On a flop of  Kd Qs 3h Simon bets 6000, whilst Bingo is thinking Dan gets up and walks away, a ruling is called for and his hand is deemed to be dead.
