Has anyone had any dealings with this company before? I have recently encountered some of the most shambolic customer service I have ever had to suffer! Unfortunately a subsequent Google search has unearthed reviews/comments such as: 123-reg "Useless customer service" 123-reg "F*ckers" 123-reg "Avoid 123-reg like the plague!" 123-reg "Avoid 123-reg at all costs! Useless and unknowledgable staff" 123-reg "123-reg is a complete rip off" 123-reg "Their customer service is the worst in history" 123-reg "AVOID AT ALL COSTS" *sigh* Title: Re: 123-reg Post by: kinboshi on October 29, 2011, 12:11:26 PM I use them, and have for 10 years without any problems, so haven't had to speak to their customer service.
What problems have you had with them? I only use them for domain registration and I'd imagine they're as good/bad as the others out there.
