Gerges Issa has just been eliminated in two hands.

In both hands Gerges had ACES.

Yes, back to back Aces cracked by Peter Wilkersen holding the mighty Q3 followed by 56.

I didn't see the hands play out but some lad has just piped up, to be fair he could have got away from the second one.


Easy to play the hand afterwards, once you know what everyone was holding but I doubt gerges woudl have folded that second lot of bullets even if faced with a bullet.

Watched Barry Neville declare two pair in a hand 10 minutes ago, with 2s 4h in his hand, and take the pot.

He was up to about 24K at this stage.

He's just come up to me to tell me about some donk who called him with 89 when he had KK. I can't imagine why he was called with the table image he's already established in just 40 minutes.

Barry is no longer on 24K.

Neil Jakally hasn't been taken out in the level by Shaun King, instead Shaun has gone himself.

Lots of raising preflop followed by a flop of

which is where I came in.

Shaun King, ANON and Latif all in the pot, it's checked round to Latif who bets 1500. King and Anon call.

Turn is a

Checked round again to Latif who bets 6k.  Action back to Shaun King who is tanking. For the whole time he tanks, Mr Anon holds his cards over the betting line, hovering in teh air as if to fold.

King goes ALLIN. Anon whips his cards back and snap calls, followed by Latif who also calls!

Latif has KK

King has 10 10

Anon has 8 8 and has flopped the full house, no help for the other two and Anon takes the pot down.

Julian Thew has GONE. I was too busy cracking funnies to get the hand details, will try and catch him if he hasn't left the car park, in the style of Alan partridge. (Google Alan partridge - car park - Dan) if you have no idea what I'm on about.

Probably the diriest angle shoot I've ever seen, but worked so beautifully I had to admire it. Poor Shaun. You needed to hit a ten on that river buddy!

Julian's exit hand was a three way pot with Damain Rhodes who 3 bet Julian's initial raise, and was called by both Julian and Paul grummit.

Flop of K Q 4 was bet by Rhodes and called by Julian and Paul.

Turn is checked, another 4,  river is a jack, whereupon Grummit bets 2325 and Julian goes all in. Rhodes folds (AA he says) and Grummit calls.

Julian says "unlucky mate" and turns over A 10 for his straight on the river.

Paul Grummit says nothing and turns over his full house, KK in the hole.

I'm figuring if the angle shooting guy wants to be known as Anon, he probably has a few enemies already? How to make more is obviously the order of the day.

There's murder on table 23..

Gunreet Dhingra, who ran well in last month's deepstack, in a hand with Greg Garrett. Board is 7 6 9 2 10

Greg holds the nuts, J8, Gunreet has mucked 68 after calling Greg's allin for 10400 on the river.

The dealer pushes the pot over to Greg, past the line and pulls the cards in... Genreet objects as to how many chips he has left and says he has paid too much.

He seems to feel he should have about 10K left (he has about 5K) as he started the hand with 20K approx, and he paid off Greg's 10K allin on the river.

Seems fair. Then the table points out there was 3 streets of betting, the 10K river bet was just the last bet and so the pot is correct, the dealer then takes too many chips off Greg to give back to Rungreat, so Greg object and points out there were others in the pot until the turn, Runaway then backs down and says the dealer is right and hsi stack is correct, and so on, until the floor is called. Greg stomps off telling them to sort it out.

Personally i would hang about if it was me, to make sure it was sorted out correctly, after nearly ten minutes of arguing. But what do I know, I'm just a girl.

Last month's final tablist Tabraiz Shabir, who came 9th after going to the final table with his touchpaper lit over a third of the chips in play is going strong with 30K at the moment.

As far as i can see Berridge is still the early chip leader with about 50k, on level 6 and playing through to the end of level 12.

Alli Mallu bobbed in and bobbed almost immediately out in 90th place.

DTD Regular Algernon Buchanan just doubled up after registering about 2 minutes ago, with Q9 on a 992 flop, sending Ben Chapman and his AK to the rail.

Not really a great deal happening at this stage. every table I get to seems to be folding round to the blinds, or at the most, the button makes a half hearted raise is called by both blinds and they all check down scary flops.

Darren Jarvis then raises to 10K.

Incidentally, Liam didnt play a hand for about 30 minutes while a new waitress was being shown the ropes. As soon as she had gone his chips were all in the middle, and he was holding the door open for her before she had even said goodbye to everyone.

Sunny went allin.. james tanked for ages then called allin.

Sunny  "You must be ahead then" and shows JJ.

Moult says nope and shows K 9.

The turn is a King giving Moult two pairs and outs to improve to a full house to beat Sunny's straight, but the river is a 6 and Sunny is now on 56K

Mrs B is awake and hanging on to her 8k in a death grip. I dont think anyone on the table even dares take her out in case she won't actually let go of the chips and they have to pretend she is their lucky mascot, sitting on top of their chip stack.

Craig Stewart is out after a truly ugly hand, with Anon raking in the chips. On a 8sJs2s board it went in for about a 70k pot, Anon with AsJc, Stewart with Ks10s. Turn was 5c, but river 7s gave Anon the nut flush in an ugly hand

We are now down to just 4 full tables with 36 players remaining. Just an hour and 20 minutes to go, we don't expect many to make it through to Day 2. Recent departures include Richard Blacklock, Peter Wilkerson and Jack Allen. Average stack is 30 big blinds, so expect more players to be on their way home soon.

Got 35K in preflop against Paul Jenkinson who had KK. Anon either misread his own hand or felt Paul was raising light, as he had AJ. No help for him and he's gone to return his cardigan to the Jackson family Cardigan Hire Shop.
