Title: The DONK bet Post by: Mordeca on May 10, 2012, 06:15:47 PM I play micro stakes MTTs on stars. I'm seeing the donk bet into the pre flop raiser a lot more these days.
Generally I count it as bet thats on a draw (obv on the right board texture) and wants to set his own price. recently im seeing it alot more with random holdings, which has made me play slighty spewy agasint the donk bet when i myself have sweet f all. What tends to be your strategy agasint the donk bet? Title: Re: The DONK bet Post by: corkeye on February 26, 2013, 07:44:27 AM Is very villain dependant, some people don't with 2nd/3rd pair kind of hoping you whiffed, some people do it with no pair/draw, purely to hope you fold. If you can take the time to observe players donning and then seeing their showdown holding make a note as this can really help.
