As is the norm these days, the final table (when it starts) is being streamed on the DTD website, link here:

http://www.dusktilldawncasinonottingham.com/live.php

I don't have access to this stream, so any help with hole card info would be much appreciated. I've also never updated an event on a delay before so if we're going too fast, let me know!

Jack Allen open-shoved UTG the 3rd hand of the day and Kelly Saxby re-shoved from the button. Shola and Gary got out of the way quickly and we went to showdown:

Jack: Ks Qc

Kelly: Ac Kh

No help for Jack on the Js 4h 4c 3c Jc board and we lose Jack Allen in 13th place, taking home £2,015.

Gary Streetly exits in 12th place (£2,015)

He raised UTG with 9c 9s but Kelly Saxby moved all in for 700k, covering Gary, with Kc Kh.

Gary went into the tank but this was the 3rd or 4th time Kelly had made this move and he eventually called to discover the bad news.

He did get a sweat on the Tc Jh 8d flop but no help on the Td turn and Ahrt river sent him to the cash desk and us closer to our final table.

Adam Palethorpe has been our other main mover, he's played a couple of pots with Kelly Saxby and won them both, firstly min-raising UTG and getting 2 callers in Saxby and Burland - a 61k flop bet on 3c 5c 9h board enough.

He then again min-raised the BTN and Saxby called in the BB (she does like to peel the BB). They both checked the 6h 8c 6c board and Kelly led for 75k on the Qc turn. Adam called and Saxby check-folded to Adam's 90k bet on the 4 river.

In our first major hand at the final table, William Anderson open-shoved the SB with K-5.

Golden boy Goulder might have found A-K in the BB. He might have also called.

He has doubled up on a 4-Q-9-6-4 board after fading the four-flush on the turn.

Nobody really short at the moment, all >10bb even when we move to the next level. This could be a grind...

Oliver Bibby just won a nice pot from Fraser Bellamy.

Bellamy raised to 65k pre and Bibby flat called from the BB. They saw a Td 2c Jd flop and both checked. They also both checked the 4c turn before Bibby led 104k on the Tc river. It was enough, although Bellamy did tank for a good 2-3 mins before folding.

Sorry bud, didn't mean to sound so harsh, just a bit frustrated at a few things today. No excuse I know.

Will get those stacks as soon as we go down to 8 - I reckon we'll be an hour or two yet though :(

We haven't got that far yet :)

Pretty much nearly every hand is being taken by a single raise preflop. Alex Goulder is now our shortstack again as David Kingswell has shoved once or twice over raises to take his stack north of 600k.

Good luck to my boy Jamie Burland. He told me that he needs to win this so he can get a new jet ski, he crashed his other one last week. True story.

Also, good luck to Flannagan who I can only assume is some kind of sea captain. I wonder if his crew step onto land so they can chant sea shanties on the rail.

Jamie Burland doesn't seem very happy at the moment - he's easily the most active player preflop but people have noticed this and his last 3 raises have been met with resistance - costing Burland 65k a time.

He still has north of 2m though!

Still 9 handed, although David Kingswell just raised to 116k only to be met by an Adam Palethorpe shove, covering.

David was visibly unhappy and tanked for a good few minutes, telling Adam "You've done this move too often, I should call", before eventually flinging his cards into the muck.

Expecting an exit in this level as Burland has 2.7m of the 9.2m in play with the average at 1m.

20bbs is 800k so the shorties should be feeling the pinch...

Every hand has an all in these days.

None of them are called, which is padding shortstacks as there is 95k in the middle every hand.

Kelly Saxby is now short after her habit of peeling the BB got her in trouble.

She peeled an 85k open from Jamie Burland and then donked 100k on a 3d 2s 9s flop. Burland just silently slid in a stack of blue chips (100k each) and Saxby tanked and unhappily folded. She has about 600k left.

Final table!

Frank Flanagan and Adam Palethorpe got it all in preflop with Adam's A-Q dominating Frank's A-10.

The queen high flop pretty much sealed the deal and Frank was eliminated in 9th place.

Short break whilst we sort out the logistics!

Will Anderson open-shoves 365k from the cutoff and Oliver Bibby reshoves the SB.

Anderson: Kd 9d

Bibby: Ahrt Jd

The board ran out 4c 5c 3d 7d 3h, giving Anderson a sweat but eventually eliminating him in 8th place, taking home £3,598.

There should be a hand coming up shortly where Bellamy shoves the turn after floating Bibby's flop bet (if I have my timings right)

Interesting, to say the least. Watch out for Bibby's turn reaction when the card comes down. It should be in about 5 minutes time.

Oliver Bibby jammed 635k when folded to preflop, and Jamie Burland dwelled up before sliding in the call. Everybody else folded and it was on their backs time!

Bibby: 4c 4s

Burland: 5c 5d

The board ran out a safe Jc Qd 7s Td Th and Burland eliminated Bibby in 7th place, Oliver taking home £5,037 for his work over the weekend.

Fraser Bellamy raised to 105k with Ks Jc, only to find Alex Goulder shoving for 540k with Aspades Kc.

Bellamy dwelled and eventually called, to hit the three outer on the Kh 9c 8d Js 2c board, sending Alex to the rail in 6th, £6,476 richer.

There's an interesting hand coming up very shortly where Burland check-raises all in on the turn of a 4h 7c Kc 5h board. Bellamy dwells for a long time before passing. Hands? Should be in a minute.

Burland  Ahrt 7h

Bellamy  Kd Td

In the first one, Palethorpe raises to 100k pre. Bellamy calls the SB and Kingswell flats the BB.

They see a 3d 2d 5h board and Bellamy leads for 100k. Kingswell makes it 360k and Palethorpe passes. Bellamy shoves and Kingswell tank-folds what?

Lost one!

Adam Palethorpe raised to 120k preflop and David Kingswell called.

They saw a flop of 2d 3s 4c and Kingswell checked. Adam bet 110k and Kingswell quickly moved all-in. Palethorpe called before I could blink!

Well, I would as well if I was Palethorpe, who had flopped the nuts with Ahrt 5d. Kingswell could only flip Ad 3h and there was no help for him on the 8d turn and 2s river.

David leaves us in 5th place, taking home £8,635.

And in the blink of an eye, we're down to 3!

Fraser Bellamy open shoved 7d 5d and Jamie Burland called with Ac 9h.

The board ran out 2d 6c Ks Qd Jc, giving Fraser the sweat but eventually leaving us 3-handed.

Fraser has won £11,514 for his efforts this weekend.

Chipcounts with 3 left

Burland - 5,175,000
Palethorpe - 2,340,000
Saxby - 1,420,000

Jesus, we're heads up!

2 hands later, Kelly Saxby open-shoved 25bb with Qc Th and Jamie Burland called with Kd Jc!

Saxby flopped better on the Tc 5s Ahrt flop, but Burland called in the Qd turn for the Jubilee, giving him Broadway but Saxby the redraw to the house.

Sadly for Kelly, it was paint, but the Kc on the river, meaning she leaves us in 3rd place, taking home £16,407 for her efforts.

Burland vs Palethorpe HU now!

HU Chip Counts

Burland - 6,685,000

Palethorpe - 2,555,000

In a change from the norm, Adam made it 120k. Jamie made it 305k and Adam...called!

Flop: Qh Ks 9d

Jamie dwell-bet 280k and Adam called after some thought.

Turn: Qd

Jamie checked, Adam dutifully fired 350k and it was enough for Jamie to fold.

Jamie just took a chunk from Adam.

It all seemed innocuous preflop but in the blink of an eye, Jamie check-raised 80k to 205k on a Tc Td Js flop. Adam called and then also called 440k from Jamie on the 2d turn. The Kd river filled every draw in the book and Jamie tanked before putting out a cheeky little 110k bet. Adam decided that was a bit disrespectful and made it 550k, but was soon wishing he hadn't as Jamie snap-called and turned over Th 7h - which was good!

Burland: 6.7m

Palethorpe: The rest

Sunny jams 6-3 from the SB and James Leighton calls from the BB with K-8.

Pretty resounding J-4-6-3-3 board means Sunny doubles through again.

We are done.

It's been a LONG 3 days and I can only imagine how long it would have been had I not had work on Friday and done all 4 days!!  #lovetheupdatinggame

Thank you to Tighty for doing Day 1a, and Jonathan for his awesome help yesterday and today.

Massive congratulations to Adam Palethorpe, our winner, and Sunny, James and Anon for their Vegas trips!

Thank you to DTD for hosting us - exceptional as always :)

But most importantly, thank you for the interaction and joining us on these updates.

The next event on the blonde calendar is the blonde Bash, which is...next week!

See you there :)

A&J.

Well done to David 'Fish' Kingswell from Portsmouth, adding this to his recent final table in the Super Poker Event of Europe, held in Dublin a couple of months ago, where he also finished 5th for €12k, the only British player in the top 50 in the first large buy-in tournament he played, having won a local satellite into it.
