Jimmi Lee is also a Blonde, Tighty & I signed him up in Luton last year. He's a Ricky Tomlinson lookylikey and totally top bloke!

I'm here at DTD, thanking my lucky stars that the place is empty as I've just face planted down those two little stairs by the cashier, after the cleaner mopped them.

Off to Nandos to recuperate.

Chip leader day II about to commence.. blinds 6K/12K ante 2K - shuffle and deal!

We lose Sean Randall very first hand.

He came back short stacked and shoved with J10, got a call from K10. No Jack and he's out.

Sean says "On reflection maybe I should have waited as it does look a bit dodgy first hand"

Paul "Action" Jackson raises his first hand and gets a call from Blonde's Foggy - Chris Filus.

Ace high flop is bet by Paul and called, they both check the turn, and Paul again bets the river, Qs.

Chris calls and wins with AJ against AJ's A8.

BRS player Ricky Jones has just busted getting it all in with AK vs another BRS player holding pocket tens. No help for Ricky and he was down to 60K which he got in against Wadey's BB, for the SB Dan Brooks to wake up with jacks.

Ricky had a little hope for his Ad 8d on a flop of 6d 7d 7h but the turn was a Jack to leave him drawing dead.

He's now heading off down the motorway back to deepest  Wales to watch the final table live stream later.

I didn't even know they had the internet in Wales.

Yeahman Ross Patman has busted!

Sick run of hands.. AK twice, KK, QQ, he lost a big chunk with AK when another player shoved JJ pre and Ross failed to hit. He then found pocket nines and managed to it in against pocket tens.

Not his day.

Ross is out on 50th place.

Gl to Ben Nuttall!!

Instabok!!

Ben has just busted.

Nigel Hannan raises for Dan Palmer to get his 180K allin. Ben shoved his 210 in straight after and Nigel folded pocket nines.

Dan had pocket Queens, Ben had AK which failed to hit, leaving him with small change. He got that in with Q2 running straight into KK and he's gone.

Nigel wasn't overly happy with his fold once a nine landed on the flop, que sera sera.

Will go back and see if he's woken up yet.

Nope.

Still locked up.. Wadee has 960K, his Ipod on, and is folding his way to the money.

Michael Kilby to 35k, Istakhar Sadiq flats.
Dan Corbett from the button makes it 82k, both players call.
Flop -  9c Td 4d
Kilby checks, Sadiq all in for 229k.
Corbett dwell calls, Kilby folds.
Sadiq -  Jd Qd
Corbett -  Ac Ahrt
Turn -  7d
Doubles Sadiq up as Corbett left drawing dead, down to about 250k.

Get to table 12 in time to see Patrick Simcoe bet 100K on the river of a board reading

8h 9c 2s 6c 10c

Dan Palmer thinks for a few minutes then makes the call: Patrick declares a straight and shows 6h 7h

Dan mucks.

I ask Patrick how much the pot was, and he tells me 200K. Unless there were no blinds and no betting all the way til the river, I highly doubt it was 200K.

Dealer politley tells me there was was 55K bet on the flop and a check on the turn, so in total about 350K.

Jimmy loses the 380K pot and is down to about 110K.

We're just waiting on an update from Nicola as to how many Golden Chips left in.

Hiya Pete, John has 270K and Patrick has 900K, although judging by his chip counting skills in the hand where he had the straight, it could be anything from 200K to 1.5M.

Harish Sanan gets his last chips in from the cut off with 7 8 off, called by Paul Mason in the SB with AQ, Queen on turn and Harish hurries off in 37th place.

I'm typing the hand and hear "seat open 13-6"  and look up to see Paul Mason departing the table very next hand!

He had AK and got it all in against seat 2, Matt Hays who had aces.

Tommy lawrence makes it 40K UTG, Will Mitchell smooth calls him.

Flop is 9s 5c 5s

Tommy makes it 120K.

Will makes it 250K.

Tommy announces all in.

Will dwells for ages, saying if he folds it will be a big fold. He then asks if he can get "Eye of the Tiger" played as he fancies going out to music!

Will counts his stack, he has about 500K behind, takes a deep breath and plonks his stack over the line - CALL!

Tommy flips over A9 for top pair, Will has pocket Jacks!

Turn is ....... Ace.

Will visibly slumps, then calls for a spade, which would give him a four card Jack high flush, but no-one's listening and it's a brick on river, smashing his dreams today.

Ironically, as he leaves the song playing is Wet Wet Wet "Wishing I was Lucky"...

30 players left in, soooo close to a min cash.

After raising pre, and getting a call from Pat Simcoe, Dan got it all in on a 667 flop with pocket tens.

Patrick Simcoe called with pocket nines, to spike a nine on the river, and take Dan out.

Patrick - who managed 4th in the last chip leader - is now on and we are hand for hand.

"guess you found the soft spot of the table" jests Paul Jackson

Paul's having a go himself, betting out on a Q 10 4 flop after McCoy has raised preflop.

McCoy tells Paul he has a hand that is scared of the Queen and scared of the ten.

However, he's not scared of the four.

Paul starts laughing and says he's given his hand away a little, and that if he thought he had the best hand he would have already got it in.

McCoy sigh folds again, then says "I think I've just been owned"

Until the Kings, he has never been to showdown once, resulting in grinding his bowl of 180K to 900K.

Pete mcCann takes out Anon, Pete has AK, anon has QQ, King on the flop and Pete is now on over 700K.

Paul Jackson decides "if at first you don't suceed, try and try again"

Folds round to Paul on the button who makes it 61K, Mark Simpkin instantly gets his 175K in from the BB.

Paul turns to me and says "Please please don't be reporting on this hand"

Who, me?

Paul has to make the call and reluctantly turns over.. 6 4 off.

Mark has J10.

Flop is 9 5 7.. Paul has an open ender, Mark a middle pin.

Turn is a Q.

River is a 6, Paul takes Mark Simpkin out in 20th place.

Steve Brown out just before the break, getting 371K in with pocket fives, but fell foul of Pete Mccann's AK, spiking a King on the flop.

Steve started yesterday wit just 15K in chips.. and has taken home 1000 euros for 18th place - Top grinder!

Paul Jackson on about 800 K, as is Wadee.

Players now on break, coming back into blinds of 20K/40K ante 5K, average stack 1.14M.

Whoops - updater Bok.

Foggy gets it in with A6, called by Pete Mccann with AJ.

No help for Foggy, he's out in 17th place for 1000 Euros.

Dan Brooks is nursing a tiny stack, and keeps folding and unfolding the print out of the payouts.

16 left, the money jumps at 15 to 1600 from 1000.

It's dan's BB, 40K,  and Pat Simcoe raises it to 85K.

Dan flat calls, leaving himself 145K behind, just over 3 big blinds.

Flop is 9 9 3 and Dan drops his remaining chips over the line before the last card has settled on the felt.

Pat calls and Dan turns over A7, Pat is ahead with AJ.

Turn is a 5, but so is the river and they chop it up.

Pat peers over his monster stack and  says "I had a feeling you were going to go all in there so was calling anyway"

It's this kind of intuition that separates the pros from the recreationals.

Hysterical Blonde moment courtesy of Will Jones.

Mo Sadiq makes it 90K UTG, Anon shoves for 470K.
Folds round to Will Jones in the SB who sits and stares at the table for ages.

I mean - ages.

Occasionally he steals a glance to his left, at Cezary in the BB and at Mo sat nervously waiting to see what he is going to do.

Hesitantly the dealer prompts him and he looks up, looks back down at his cards in shock and folds, saying

"I am so so sorry, I thought I had already folded! I thought we waiting for him (the BB) and kept looking at him to see what he was going to do! I'm really so sorry guys!"

BB folds, laughing, and Mo makes the call with pocket tens, knocking Anon out, who holds AQ.

Mo Sadiz says "I got really worried that you were about to repop me and didnt know what to do!"

Will is absolutely mortified and can't stop apologising.

Karl raises Pete McCann's BB, Pete calls and they see an all red flop of

Jh 3h Th

Pete bets out 250K.

Karl announces all in.

Pete grimaces and asks him how much he has.

It's 1.1M.

Pete thinks and makes a seemingly reluctant call.

Karl has Ah 8c

Pete has flopped two pairs, with Js Ts

Turn is the Ks

River the 2c, Pete's two pairs hold and Karl is heading home for sympathy cuddles from Belle the dog, and a G&T from Amy.

Pete McCann on 3.45M.

Matt Hays raises from the coff, for Mick Kilby to shove all in.

Matt asks him if he has a hand.

Mick turns him and delivers a long and impassioned speech.

"I'm not a pro player like you.

I fix trains for a living. I was in the army, I went to Iraq and suffered a head injury.

I'm a war veteran and I have medals for serving my country which - no offence to Paul - is worth more than your Poker Encore badge, to me anyway.

I suffer from headaches and that is why I always carry.." he reaches in his top pocket and pulls out a packet of pills with a flourish "Ibuprofen!"

Matt Hays is literally open mouthed.

Paul Jackson, as usual, is ready to open his mouth and says "Why does that package say Viagra?"

Matt makes a fold shaking his head "okay okay, it worked, I fold"

Mick Kilby winks at me and pulls his chips back.

We've lost Dan Brooks, who got his short stack in but failed to pull off a chop this time.

14 players left in. Looks like 8 Golden Chips?

Tighty is commentating on the live table, so i will leave that one alone and update on the other table, featuring Matt Hays, Tommy lawrence, Craig Stewart, Pete McCann, Ken Billups, Mick Kilby and Paul Jackson.

Matt Hays makes it 110K from the cut off.

Ken Billups flat calls from his BB.

Flop is 5h Jh 8c

Both players check to see the turn of the Ac

Ken check calls a bet of 205K from Matt.

The river is 3c

Ken checks. Matt looks at Ken's stack again and decides against another bet, and declares he has a small pair.

I feel his pain, having the same problem myself.

Ken nods, and says "It's good " and mucks.

Matt shows 5 7 off and scoops.

Pretty big fold between two big stacks.

Tommy Lawrence raises from the button and Pete McCann makes it a total of to see a flop.

Tommy instantly ships all in.

Pete drops his head and dwells for ages.

Eventually he decides does he really need a five million chip flip at this stage of the comp? He open folds AK

Tommy says good fold, showing pocket Queens.

No escaping fate...

Maybe if we'd rabbit hunted the flop Pete's AK would have won, who knows, but very next hand him and Tommy tangle again.. after a bit of pre flop peacock strutting, both lads see a board of Ac 8s Js

The stacks fly in!

Pete is holding As 7s - top pair and the nut flush draw.

Tommy has a set of eights.

Turn is the Ts... river is a brick.

Pete is massive chip leader now, Tommy Lawrence who literally hasn't lost a hand for two days is crippled! Tommy now left with about ten bigs.

Tommy is OUT in 9th place for 2,600 euros, which apparently pulls him out of makeup, according to Paul.

We have a winner...

Will Jones from Bristol takes the Chip Leader down for 25 thousand Euros, plus a Caribbean package for being the last man standing a Golden Chip.

Pete McCann ran badly and after taking a few knocks, seemed to lose the will to live, then lost all his chips, Will Jones played a blinder, more so considering he has only been playing for just over 12 months.

WP fella, and thanks to all at DTD, i had a really great time, met some interesting folks, bust out J Thew, ran good in important spots, learnt some things by watching the better players on the table, AND got a brew out of Paul Jackson!!!!!! and came home with a little extra money for the wife's shoe fund :)up

I don't have the info on the real names of these players, but

The Live stream will be up on http://www.dusktilldawncasinonottingham.com/live.php (Previous streams) in the next few days. Complete with Caroline's rather unique approach on commentary, with Rob Yong doing a spell and actionjack on the Heads Up, where he was excellent

Starting stacks for the final 8 were:

1    Will Jones    €25,000.00 47,000
2    Peter Mccann    €15,000.00 300,000
3    Mohammed Istakhar Sadiq    €10,000.00 127,500
4    Paul Jackson    €7,500.00 225,000
5    Thomas Horton    €5,600.00 62,500
6    Patrick Simcoe    €4,600.00 117,000
7    Matt Hays    €3,750.00 200,000
8    Kenneth Billups    €3,150.00 150,000

Five of the 8 had CPP Golden Chips.

Was one of the best final tables I have seen in a while. actionjack was brilliant, and the winner played great stuff.

I think six of 16 of the BRS players cashed, including 2 of the top 4

I am Pete McCann 2nd place finisher, I would just like to say a big thanks to the amazing blonde team you  done a superb job like always. your live streaming is incredible. Also I want to say how well Will played specially heads up he hit me for six, almost unplayable, I tried to adjust my strategy a few times to combat his loose aggro style. It was very difficult to play my optimal strategy as I set out to play V Will with the cards I held it was hard to 3bet rags and barrel one or two streets in to him as he would float me for fun and most of the time he caught a piece. I opted to slow things calling Av hands like K5 and even better hands like the   A10o i got once trying to under rep and value bet if I hit, even stopped 3 betting my weak hands as he would call every 3 bet and raise, instead limp in to see more flops and play smaller pots while the cards were running against me in the hope to pick up some small pots and shift momentum. It was overall the most difficult heads up match I have ever played he played ultra aggressive and loose which was impossible to combat.

WP will your a fking awesome guy and you deserve the success you had and the holiday you won, over the moon for you and your girlfriend enjoy your holiday, I might even see you in St Kitts.

Wp Pete, and thanks it was a great game and great experience, their is no doubt that you will make a lot more final tables by the time the year is out.  Kelly has not stopped planning St Kitts and buying shoes since Sunday. I have just watched it back and thanks to blonde for the great coverage. it was interesting listening to action Jackson, if a player like that says I played well, then I am happy

Will
