Ok guys, with less than 3 weeks to go now, I've set it up

Same as usual, £30 for main league, £20 for H2H, £50 in total if you want to play both. Shouldn't exclude anyone with it being over a full season.

1) Classic
Teams are ranked based on their total points in the game

2) Head-to-Head
You play a match each gameweek against another team in the league. The top 8 with 3 weeks left qualify for the knockout stages.

Similar payout percentages as last year in the main league, numbers dependent (believe we did appox 50%/25/15/10)

In the H2H league, a lot of players have fedback that they want a prize for the winner of the league stage (which lasts the first 35 weeks) as well as the winner of the grand final after the knockout stages (the last 3 weeks). Shall we just do 50% league winner, 50% grand final winner, or like 40/40/20 with 20 going to the runner up of the grand final? Upto y'all.


I've set up the leagues. Declare yourself IN on the thread and will pm payment details (plz don't just send to same details as last year, new bank now). Then will send league codes when payment received. Same crack as usual.

Only entry stipulation is that you have to have entered a previous fantasy league or have 100+ posts on blonde. To stop fantasy football bandits.

i'd go 60/20/20 on the payouts. 60 for winner of the grand final the, 20 runner up, 20 for season winner. I like the buzz of the h2h playoffs bit and its better if there is biggish money on the line. Its not about winning over the season, its about making the playoffs. Ask Leeds Rhinos.

A Wildcard allows you to make unlimited free transfers throughout a Gameweek. You can use up to 2 a season.

Playing a wildcard will remove any points deductions from transfers already made in the same Gameweek.

One wildcard can be played at any time. The January Wildcard can only be used after Gameweek 20 starts (1 Jan 11:30) until Gameweek 23 ends (1 Feb 11:30); as the January wildcard isn't available until after the Gameweek 20 deadline, the earliest these transfers will be active is Gameweek 21.

When playing a Wildcard, any saved free transfers will be lost. You will be back to the usual 1 free transfer the following Gameweek.

You couldn't make it up. Absolutely everything that could go wrong has gone wrong and every decision i make ends up being the absolute nut worst. My wildcard has been played, i have shifted formations already and am thinking of shifting back.

Yeah we agreed at the start to pay the league leader 40% of the prize money, then when it went down to the final 8 it was 40 for the winner and 20 for the runner up.

Sorry was having trouble moving the money as put it in a savings account at start of season which Lloyds decided not to let me access until I proved my new address which I both couldnt do till I was back from my hols and found very difficult to do as I pay all my bills online nowadays as is the way of the world.

Yeah, the banks thing is true. I would need payment to and from Stars/Tilt really. Although when I ran the one on 2+2, I provided an overlay for the cup comps coz I'm awesome like that :) We all love overlays, right?
I also had plans to create a little Champions league format too. Say if we get 32 players (31 this year), then we could have 8 groups of 4, then last 16, quarters, semis, final. Huge fun. But okay, go with boring Junior :)
