Title: Proud mum brags Post by: littlemissC on February 01, 2014, 02:54:19 PM Got the letter this morning to say my 11 year old daughter Lily has won a full scholarship to Nottingham Girls High School starting in September this year :).
She performed exceptional in maths and English and very highly in the IQ tests. They also loved her personable and articulate manner! No idea where she gets it all from lol but I'm so proud and so excited for all the opportunities she will get from this, such a great start to the next step in her education. My nephew started there last year and he has grown up immensely and the school has helped him grow in confidence and turn into a polite and well rounded young boy. Starting to change my thinking on private schooling after seeing the change in him and what they do. I hope she loves it.
