Im assuming you had 66 with no spade? and he had flopped a set or two pair? On the flop im happy just flatting here unless I have the 6spades which i may raise as you have. With this turn I think you have to call a raise after he jams as he can be doing this with any sets or over pairs with a spade as well as all his flush draws. 50p Title: Re: Pocket 66s on a wet flop Post by: Lawro74 on April 21, 2014, 02:29:25 AM Villain hand 8c 8d

Title: Re: Pocket 66s on a wet flop Post by: lucky_scrote on April 21, 2014, 11:17:58 AM Call flop. You definitely do want to see more cards. Raising only works if you plan on 3 barrelling and making him fold an over pair.

Raising only works if you plan on 3 barrelling and making him fold an over pair. After analysing the hand this is what I thought....however, I saw this player call with an over pair after 2 all ins which I would have folded personally... I would have pushed the turn after calling another bet I feel...I still think he calls...so probably would have ended the same way... Thanks for the advice |
