I'm pretty excited to offer my first package as somewhat of a 'Pro' and as such, will be looking to start off with some good results.  I finish my full time employment on Friday and prior to me hopefully starting uni in September, I will be making most of my living from the felt.  For those who don't know who I am, I play as tomsom87 pretty much everywhere and am a 180 man turbo / MTT coach for pokerstrategy.com.  Links to my works can be found here:

My main games are 180 man turbos and MTT's and as I have blocked SS recently, please see my graph from a few months ago:

I basically have around 2k games played since this game was taken and I'm about $1k down over this period (big scoop / tcoop games to thank).  I haven't got much in the way of volume this year thanks to full time jobs, assignments to finish my qualification and family / social commitments.  Despite my lack of volume this year, I still feel like my head is very much still in the game with my doing a weekly live coaching session and been constantly forced to analyse hands and discuss the game in detail.

I plan to go out there and play a full schedule so I can guarantee giving this package 100% of my attention.  I plan to play the following events:

Day 1b – 1100 euro Main Event
Marbella Cup – 2 bullets 330 euro
6max turbo – 110 euro
SDT EPT Edition – 110 euro

1980 euro @ 1.2 = 2376 euro selling 50% max.

Set up in Marbella, arrived this evening.  Should get a good 8 hours sleep before day 1 and really looking forward to it.  I have heard good things from Day 1a'ers, though not too promisingly, busto Day 1a'ers!

Midway through level 5 (150/300) we have about 40k. 

Lost a big one a few hands before break, really odd one.  Utg opens who's a middle aged tight-ish player to 1k, co flats and we flat QQ in the sb, bb folds.  We see a KKK flop.  Checks round.

I lead turn 4x for 2200 ish both call.

River 7x.  I lead again for 3600 and utg makes it 7600.  I level myself, he has AK for flopped quads.  Going to back to 26k at 300/600.

think the river is a mandatory call. no levels there bud.

Back up to 45k, A9 > A3 button vs sb aipf, faded a very scary 925 flop!

Was up to 65k after TT>99.  Lost a few small ones, 55k going into the last level 400/800.

Just coolered someone AJ >QQ aipf, runout 9TJ Q K.

We had like 130, got about 105 ish now, was all in vs someone 4 hands in a row!

Up there with the chip leaders!

Basically the last big pot we flatted ip with 66, bb peels off like 14bb.  We see a 653 flop and get it in 3 ways.  The big stack has 55 and the bb short stack has 74o.  Boards bricks and we win a decent side pot (we have the bigger stack covered) and bb wins the main pot.

No pressure, but I think the last piece I bought on blonde was of Dubai and he won a WPT.

Pretty good day for us overall.  Was down to 9k at one point and not feeling it, then made a fairly big (but I felt like a standard call) for most of our stack OTR.  From there it kind of picked up.  Felt like I was really patient today at times and got really lucky on more than one occasion too.  Feeling good about it, in bed plenty early enough and hopefully we can get a good table draw and start off well tomorrow.  GL us.

On a serious note, we have 70k midway through 800/1600, opened 3 hands, been 3b jammed on by tight randoms, cool story.  207 left 71k average stack.

Just got unbelievably lucky, opened the button with 55 planning to get it in vs my mate.  He 3bs the sb as planned and bb who's been really snug jams like 14bb, we do a fold and sb has AA.

Just done a ridiculos hold vs a short stack shove, up to 75 ish.  He shoves button with K9hh and we fade a AQT flop (hearts on turn).

Seen some odd things, but this is up there with the weirdest (we weren't involved).  Guy playing 125k opens co, bb who has more chips than I think I've ever seen (has like 5x average) calls in the bb.  9TJ flop, Check check, T turn check check.  7x river.  Big stack checks and guy makes it 7k or something.  Bb counts the drop out the ocean, thinks a bit and makes the call with A9.  Co shows 55 on its way into the muck and the bb starts fist pumping and cheering and continues fist pumping and praising his own call for a good couple of minutes.

What a life.

To add to the oddities, he just won a 200k+ pot off the big stack in complete silence.

Nah not missed the Marbella cup, 10k starting and ridic turbo structure though.  Will see how I feel tomorrow, I'm about 50/50 as to whether or not i will give it a spin.

Busted the 6max turbo earlier, double up early (and use that term loosely cause it was already only 25bb deep average) getting A5dd in vs AJo and flopping it.  Lost a big one in a weird spot where a Spanish guy who was opening a fair bit mins, we flat on the button knowing the 6bb stack in the sb is going to punt it in.  He does, aggro guy flats we flat, TJQ flop and he leads, we shove (he's much shorter than us) and we don't get there vs TT.

We fold about 7 hands and the blinds go up twice leaving is with 6bb.  We jam co with K4o and bb calls with K7o.  Flop a 4, turn a 7. Gg.

Just bought into the Marbowler Cup.  Folded 3 hands so far, gl us.

Down to 4450 from 10k starting at 75/150.  Had flopped a full house twice and couldn't get any action.  Then we raise KJss to 350 and get called by co and bb.  J92 flop, cbet 500 ish co pulls some faces and calls.  Turn J we bet 1100 he makes it 2850.  We call, river is 8d (which brings backdoor diamonds in) and he goes for an oscar before sigh over jamming.  We fold and he shows 22.

Bit of a cooler really, if I'd seen one more hand with this guy I would have snap check folded turn.  He like a walking textbook for live tells.  Not quite seen anything like it!!!

Edit:  I really wish I could shadily record this, it's somewhere between embarrassing and cringeworthy.

Guy mins to 400 utg, folds round to him, he checks his cards, sits back in his chair, throws his hands up, slumps down, looks frustratedly away from the table, laughs and shakes his head, rechecks his cards, leans forward and puts his head in his hands, try's to grab some hair that isn't there, sits up, counts out a call, some more head shaking, puts the call back, repeats a couple of times, ends up making it 2700.

And yes, I lost a pot to this genius!!!

We busted bullet one.  Opened mp with J8cc, button and both blinds call.  JhTh6x.  We cbet 850 he jams roughly 9k eff (we only started the hand with 22bb roughly) so have to call off 3200 ish, unfortunately he has JT, we do get a sweat on the 9x turn but the 8x river doesn't help.

Wasn't going to take a second bullet till everyone said how ridic soft their tables were.  Was basically told I was not allowed to not play!!!

Second bullet started better, we were all in first hand (which had never happened to me before) but we got a fold and have 17k from our 10k starting stack at 150/300.  Gl us, again!

Our run good with seat draws continues though, stars team pro player on my left.  Don't know who it is though.  Sure it won't be a problem ;D

Absolutely fuming with this.  We lose a few small pots, make a bad call on a river and find ourselves at 8k at 300/600 5 mins from the break about to go into the bb.  The dealer takes in the antes, starts dealing and after pitching 6 cards out the floor runs over with trays, tells the dealer to stop the tables breaking.  Spends ages sorting out the seats and we finally get our table with 2 mins left, next hand in the bb.  There's a pot going on, it gets awarded, I put my antes in and blinds in again with about 40seconds left, the dealer looks at the clock after shuffling and says it's break with 20seconds left on the clock!!!
