Even if he doesn't jam worse he will likely peel and our hand, especially in position will play well with the upcoming spr.
Unsure what's best on the flop but I think I'd call the turn and fold the river on most run outs. This may be stupid question but is qq more of a call down that kk? I assume so. Pretty much, plus we can get raised by a lot of stuff on this texture putting us in a pretty horrible spot.
