Team Up for the MILLIONS Team Challenge

Back in October 2015, Dusk Till Dawn and partypoker joined forced to create the UK Team Challenge. A total of 173 teams competed online and then live at the Dusk Till Dawn casino in Nottingham, with “Nits&Natter” winning the team element and Adam Bone being crowned the individual champion.

Now we have decided to run a team challenge that could see you playing in the £6 million guaranteed partypoker MILLIONS event, where the first-place prize is at least £1 million. Getting involved in the MILLIONS team challenge is easy, simply follow these three steps:

1.) Register

Create your team via the Team Challenge website. You can either register as a single player by ticking the box on the registration form to confirm yourself as an individual entrant, or create a team of up to four players.

2.) Play Daily League Games

Daily League Games take place online at partypoker between January 30 and March 19. These daily tournaments award both cash prizes and league points, the latter going towards your starting stack in the online Grand Final.

The cash collected in these daily league games is split 50-50; 50% is awarded the next working day as prizes for those finishing in the money places, the other 50% is retained for the Grand Final.

3) There are £54,000 worth of MILLIONS tickets seeded into the prize pool, some are awarded at the end of each week, others at the end of the seven week’s worth of league games.

4) Earn Chip Points

Players are awarded Chip Points based on their finishing positions in the Daily League games. These Chip Pints are converted into chip stacks for the online Grand Final held on March 26. Players can earn a maximum of four sets of Chip Points each week based on their four best scores that week, so play as many league games as you can each week because only your best four scores count

Anyone looking for a team who plays online 4/5 nights a week usually?

Hope you get a team together-these team events are usually great value as a lot of players give up after slow starts, leaving a lot of dead money. I would imagine that there will be overlay with this too, so people should fill their boots. I've already got through to D1 but am still tempted to try for another bullet!

With this promo, say a 10k prize pool on a night, only 5k is dispensed as a prize fund the next day?

What is the Millions League Challenge Mission?

there are a series of missions players can complete to earn extra chips for the online final for their team

i haven't seen them yet but last time for example it was "place a sports bet of x" "wager y on the casino" "play SNGs to the value of z" etc etc

They all seem quite reasonable and achievable. Glad it is just poker and not casino games.

If I switch between the missions will I keep my progress in the inactive one or do I have to complete the mission in full before I switch?

My mission for the team challenge has reset to to the start. I opted in on Monday and have completed some of the 6 objectives and am halfway through others. Is this a glitch for everyone??

Our points were wrong last week. we all did the missions so should have 80,000 plus from the games, so maybe 81.300? It has changed to this week now, but I think we were only recorded with around 60k.

This week is DOUBLE Points week, all tournies attract DOUBLE the usual points and there is an extra tournie at 11pm to allow people to take maximum advantage.  Still only best 4 scores each week that count, but its DOUBLE Points!
